With Paint Mode and layering, gamers can come up with all sorts of tattoo ideas and share them with the world through the gallery. This guide will show players how they can save, download, and equip custom tattoos in The Sims 4.
How to Save Custom Tattoos in The Sims 4
When players make a custom tattoo in The Sims 4, they can save it in their personal library and apply it to other Sims later on. Gamers who want to save a tattoo that they've made in The Sims 4 must press the "Save Tattoo" button, which is the Cloud icon below the Layer settings in Create-a-Sim.
In the next menu, players can click the Arrow button on the right to save the tattoo and the Cloud button on the left to upload it to the gallery
How to Download Custom Tattoos in The Sims 4
The Sims 4 gallery makes it possible for players all around the world to share their builds and households with the rest of the community. And now, thanks to the Businesses and Hobbies expansion pack, gamers can also share and download tattoos from the gallery.
To find custom tattoos in The Sims 4 gallery, players must pick "Tattoos" in the Category selection area on the left side of the gallery screen - this will make it so only tattoos appear on the gallery. Gamers can further filter their search by writing down ideas and concepts in the search bar.
Once players have found a tattoo that they'd like to get, they can select it and apply it immediately, or select the Heart or Download option to save it for later.
How to Apply a Saved Custom Tattoo in The Sims 4
If players save any of the tattoos that they made or download them from the gallery, they can apply them to a Sim at any time.
To apply a saved custom tattoo in The Sims 4, gamers must open Create-a-Sim, click the Gallery button, open the My Library tab, and select the tattoo that they want. Then, all they have to do is click Apply Tattoo on the bottom right corner of the screen and it'll appear on their Sim's body.
If players change their mind about a tattoo, they can visit a Tattoo Parlor in The Sims 4 and request a tattoo removal session.
