Bronze is a tier three material in Return to Moria that becomes available to players when they reach the Western Halls. It can be used to craft upgraded armor, tools, and weapons, but the region needs to be explored well to unlock the Bronze Ingot recipe. Bronze Ingots are an alloy of two different ores, just like Steel Ingots. In addition to finding the necessary ore, players also need to upgrade the Furnace to increase the temperature and be able to melt Bronze. This guide will help players craft Bronze Ingots in LotR: Return To Moria and find all the necessary components.
How to Craft Bronze Ingots in Return to Moria
As mentioned above, bronze is an alloy of two ores: Copper and Tin Ore. In order to craft Bronze Ingot, players need three pieces of each of these ores. These ores can be mined with a Steel Pickaxe, so players who have already entered Western Mines do not need to craft a new one. To melt Copper and Tin ore into Bronze, it is necessary to do the Bellows upgrade for the Furnace.
How to Get Copper Ore
Copper Ore is a material that players can mine in both Elven Quarter and Western Mines, so it won't take long to find it. It is also easy to identify because it is a bright green-orange color.
How to Get Tin Ore
Tin ore can be found in Western Mines, but it is much less abundant than Copper ore. Small deposits can be found near Ori's Base, but this will not be enough to craft anything. Much more Tin Ore can be found by going deeper into the tunnels, but there are many Orcs there and the player's gear may not be enough to defeat them, so fans should be very careful. Tin Ore is silver in color with red flecks throughout the deposits.
How to Do the Bellows Upgrade
Luckily, to make this upgrade to the Furnace, players will need materials that they can already find in Elven Quarter. The recipe looks like this:
Once players craft the Bellows, they only need to place it near the Furnace to be able to make Bronze Ingots. Like many other ingots, it will take 45 seconds to make.
Lord of the Rings: Return To Moria is available now on PC. The PS5 version launches on December 5. The Xbox Series X and S version is coming in early 2024.
