Where to Find Topaz

To get their hands on Topaz, gamers will have to make their way to The Darkest Deeps. For those who don’t know, The Darkest Deeps are the deepest and most secluded areas of Moria’s underground tunnels. Naturally, players won’t be able to get there in the early stages of the game.

Some of the regions where players can find The Darkest Deeps include Dwarrowdelf, The Lower Deeps, and Barazinbar. Since reaching these areas involve navigating through tunnels and beating many enemies, it would be better to craft a powerful weapon and armor to make the journey easier.

To reach The Darkest Deeps, players should progress in the game to unlock Dwarrowdelf or The Lower Deeps where the entrances to the deeps are located. Once unlocked, they should keep exploring the area until they find a room with two planks. Smash mage stones with a pickaxe to enter the room.

Once there, players should explore the area to find Topaz. Since the game is procedurally generated, there’s no exact location where players can find it. But with a bit of patience and luck, they’ll be able to find it in no time. Apart from Topaz, this area contains a variety of other materials as well, such as Black Diamonds.

Topaz has multiple uses in Return to Moria. Players can use it to craft the Topaz Necklace, which provides great magic resistance when equipped. Furthermore, it can also be used to upgrade weapons like Thunderstrike Belegost Halberd. It’s among the most powerful weapons in the game and has the ability to create a shockwave and full-circle attack.
