The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered has several puzzles ranging from easy ones to mind-boggling ones that the players are required to solve in order to progress the story. Opening up the Fedra checkpoint gate is the first puzzles players will encounter on their journey through Seattle. How to Climb Over WLF Gate
When players approach the WLF gate blocking their path to the streets of Seattle in TLOU 2, they'll need to find a way to climb over it and reach the other side. First, you'll need to explore the area thoroughly and grab any supplies you can before moving forward.
To start climbing the WLF gate, you'll need to first climb over the decommissioned bunker to the left. Once you're on top, jump over to the nearby holding cells and use them to reach the metal sheets connecting to the gate's infrastructure. Use the metal sheets to reach the yellow ladder to the side of the gate. Once you're close, Dina will boost Ellie up, and she'll be able to grab the ladder.
As players climb up to the top of the gate, they'll need to use the metal rails on the right side to reach the other side. After that, use the small crawlspace beneath the metal frames to reach the platform on the far right and hop over the wall to reach the other side of the WLF gate. Now make your way down safely.
How to Unlock the Fedra Checkpoint Gate in The Last of Us Part 2
Once you're on the other side of the WLF gate, you'll need to restore power to the gate controls and open the Fedra checkpost shutters in TLOU 2. To do that, first break the window of the bunker and go inside. Look at one of the panels, and you'll find a note containing all the gate codes.
Now, turn on the generator outside the bunker and connect the yellow fire into the chain-linked gate terminal inside the fence first. Once the chain-linked gate is opened, grab the yellow wire again, head close to the generator, and throw it to the other side.
Reach the other side of the fence and plug the yellow wire into the bunker on the other side to power the gate controls. Now simply enter the code 0512, and the Fedra gate will be opened in The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered.
