With the recent release of the shooter RPG, The First Descendant, thousands of players have found their new favorite game, spending dozens of hours unlocking every area and modifying their character to ensure victory and slay their enemies.
With so many options to choose from, it can be a bit hard to start the game with a specific build in mind. Bunny, is a great character for players who want a fast-paced experience paired with agility and a storm of bullets. However, she's not too tanky, so avoiding damage is key to survival. Here are the best mods for Bunny to gain an edge in combat.
The First Descendant: All Ultimate Weapons & How to Get Them
There are several different Ultimate Weapons in The First Descendant, and knowing what they are and how to obtain them is important.
6 Superconductor
A Strong Module To Preserve Electrocution Strength
|
Location |
GraveWalker Devourer Battles |
|---|---|
|
Capacity Cost |
16 |
|
Module Socket Type |
Xantic |
Bunny is one of the fastest characters in The First Descendant, relying not only on her speed, but also on her electrical powers to defeat enemies and lay waste to anyone who crosses her path. She's great for players looking for a lightning fast experience and a more-than-decent DPS damage rate. Bunny has a wide variety of options when it comes to the best weapons and modules to pair with her — and the Superconductor Module is a great example of this.
As many players must know by now, the more Bunny runs, the more electricity she gathers. She can later unleash this on her enemies to deal massive damage. The Superconductor Module, in a nutshell, reduces enemies' ATK to the Electrocution effect that Bunny can inflict. This works wonders to preserve Bunny's electrical power, while disabling any damage negation that could reduce its effect.
5 High-Voltage
A Fair Trade Off For More Damage
|
Location |
Executioner Intercept Battles |
|---|---|
|
Capacity Cost |
15 |
|
Module Socket Type |
Malachite |
It's been well established that Bunny is great at dealing with several enemies at the same time, as well as with the frightening Colossus spread across The First Descendant. One of the greatest things about her is her attack range and how it can affect enemies. However, her base range stats can be boosted further, which can be ideal when players find themselves surrounded and outnumbered.
By using the High-Voltage Module, Bunny can gain a considerable amount of extra ATK damage and range by trading off the number of enemies her attacks can hit. Players will hit fewer enemies in combat, but they will die faster, and even those at remote distances might be affected by Bunny's attacks.
4 Electric Transition
Faster Shield Regeneration At A Cost
|
Location |
Sterile land, White-night Gulch, Void Fusion Reactor, and Mission Monster |
|---|---|
|
Capacity Cost |
14 |
|
Module Socket Type |
Cerulean |
One of the most entertaining things to do in The First Descendant is to run around the map with Bunny while defeating tons of enemies at lightning-fast speeds. This not only makes for a great experience, but also allows the character to charge her electrical attacks. By equipping the Speed of Light skill, players will increase Bunny's running speed, which can be great for dodging enemy attacks. However, if they wish to equip the Electric Transition Module, they'll have to sacrifice some of the Electricity Charge obtained while using this skill to gain continuous Shield recovery in relation to the distance traveled.
This module is great for players who want to prioritize defense over offense and are looking for a sense of safety in that ongoing Shield regeneration. Players who are confident in their dodging skills can go without this Module. After all, who needs a strong shield when no enemy hits connect?
3 Bionic Fuel
Mana Preservation In Exchange For Health
|
Location |
Frost Walker Intercept Battles |
|---|---|
|
Capacity Cost |
16 |
|
Module Socket Type |
Rutile |
It would seem like most of the Modules from The First Descendant are heavily based on sacrificing one thing to gain another. The Bionic Fuel Module is no exception, as it allows players to use HP instead of MP when using the Speed of Light skill. This can be very useful to preserve as much MP as possible throughout the game's missions, as it can be harder to come by than replenishing Bunny's HP.
That said, the MP for HP tradeoff comes at a cost. The speed at which Bunny can run while using the Speed of Light skill will be reduced, making the purpose of using it often questionable. At the end of the day, it comes to personal preference, but it's undeniable that having the option this Mod provides is great.
2 Electric Condense
A Strong Attack With Passive Area of Effect
|
Location |
Vaspers - Sepulcher and Mission Monster (Normal and Hard) |
|---|---|
|
Capacity Cost |
14 |
|
Module Socket Type |
Xantic |
Attacks with a passive Area of Effect, or "AoE" are nothing new in video games. Being able to deal extra damage with a secondary attack while focusing on hitting enemies hard has always been a pleasure for players worldwide. Luckily, the Electric Condense Mod allows Bunny to do just that. By using this Mod, players can change Bunny's Maximum Power into a form that causes damage around her.
This is great for situations where Bunny is surrounded and needs a helping hand in terms of dealing extra damage. With a Capacity Cost of 14, and a Xantic Module Socket Type, it's hard to make a case against using the Electric Condense Module while decimating enemies with Bunny.
1 Electric Charge
Great To Pair With The Rabbit Foot's Double Jump Skill
|
Location |
Pyromaniac Intercept Battles (Hard) |
|
Capacity Cost |
13 |
|
Module Socket Type |
Malachite |
Last but not least, the Electric Charge Module is one of the greatest in the entire game. It not only has a relatively low Capacity Cost of 13, but it also deals incredible amounts of damage. In a nutshell, this Mod increases the landing damage done after Rabbit Foot's Double Jump, which in and of itself already deals great damage when hitting enemies numerous times.
This Mod can be a great advantage when struggling with resistant enemies. The damage boost it provides will considerably reduce the amount of hits it takes to bring them down all while allowing Bunny to hop around the map, honoring her well-deserved name.
