The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion Remastered lets longtime fans return to Tamriel with graphical improvements and a few tweaks to the original game's leveling system. Oblivion may be smaller than Skyrim, but this allows you to stumble upon more focused content with all sorts of characters and quests. Garlic is an ingredient in Oblivion Remastered. It can be used to craft various potions if you are interested in pursuing alchemy. Garlic's four alchemical effects are Resist Disease, Damage Agility, Frost Shield, and Fortify Strength.

More importantly, Garlic is needed to cure Vampirism in Oblivion Remastered. Get hit by a vampire enemy enough times, and your character will contract Porphyric Hemophilia. If you want to avoid becoming a dark creature of the night, you'll need to complete the "Vampire Cure" sidequest, which will require you to seek out six pieces of garlic to complete the cure and rid yourself of the disease. Where to Find Garlic in Oblivion Remastered

Weynon Priory - 6x Garlic

There is a location in the game where you can quickly find all six Garlic needed for the "Vampire Cure" quest at once. Weynon Priory is a small area that you go to very early on in the main story. You have probably already visited the Priory shortly after exiting the Imperial Sewers to speak to Jauffre.

Weynon Priory is a small house located to the south of Chorrol and west of the Imperial City. Enter the main building and walk up the stairs. Go to the right side, and you can find three Garlic cloves in a bowl on Jauffre's desk. Turn around and look at the bookshelf across from the desk. There are three more Garlic cloves in a bowl sitting on it. Take the bowl and the Garlic will rest on the shelf. If you knock the bowl over, the garlic can fly out violently and get lost.

Lazare Milvan's House - 4x Garlic

If you have already used the garlic from Weynon Priory, there is more in Lazare Milvan's house. You can find four Garlic clusters in Lazare's basement.

Skingrad is where you'll find this unpleasant NPC's house. It is located it in the northern lane of Skingrad, across from the All Things Alchemical ingredient shop.

Steal the house key off Lazare with a deft pickpocket or break into the basement by picking the Very Easy lock. If you need even more Garlic, check every building in Skingrad, as most will have a cluster or two ready to be harvested (i.e., stolen).
