A new video compares Nina Williams from Tekken 8 and her appearance in Tekken 7. One of the most traditional franchises in the gaming world, Tekken is gearing up for the next battle with the future release of Tekken 8. With the tagline "Fist Meets Fate," the game will bring the next chapter of the Mishima family saga and more.

Tekken 8 was teased at EVO 2022 with a mysterious and confusing video that left fans wondering whether it was a brand-new game or a remake. The official announcement of Tekken 8 finally happened at The Game Awards 2022 after some rumors about a possible appearance of the game. The trailer showed some of the gameplay and story, where a series of events results in a new fight between Jin Kazama and his father and archenemy Kazuya Mishima. Another highlight was the visuals of the characters rendered in Unreal Engine 5, which generated a lot of praise from the community.

YouTube channel YellonMotion released a video comparing Nina Williams from Tekken 8 and her version from Tekken 7. Nina Williams is one of the most important characters in Tekken, and the first radical difference between the two is their appearance. The fighter uses the same intro and another dialogue and almost identical animations for both. However, the video shows that her Rage Art super attacks are quite different. Although the maneuvers start very similar and are activated with the same type of attack, the Tekken 8 version revolves around Nina's pistols. In Tekken 7, the fighter climbs on her opponent and grabs them into submission, making the attack more physical.

The return of Nina Williams in Tekken 8 was recently confirmed, along with information about the Closed Alpha Test. The Silent Assassin is not the only big name confirmed in Tekken 8, however. In addition to Nina Williams, Jin, and Kazuya, fans can already count on the presence of Paul, Marshall Law, King, and Jack-8. Lars Alexandersson, one of the fighters introduced in Tekken 6: Bloodline Rebellion, will also be in Tekken 8, along with another surprise. Jun Kazama, Jin's mother, is among the playable characters confirmed for Bandai Namco's new game.

Nina Williams' return is being widely celebrated by the community. The fighter is one of Tekken's most beloved characters and a prominent female character in fighting games. In what could be a very good year for fighting games, Tekken 8 continues to keep fan expectations high for what to expect in the next installment of the franchise.

Tekken 8 is in development for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.
