Defeat Bebop & Rocksteady

This is the game's first major boss. You'll earn this as you progress through the story.

Defeat Genghis Frog

This is the second boss fight that you will encounter during the story.

Defeat Leatherhead

Leatherhead is the third boss fight in the game's main story.

Defeat Wingnut

Complete the mission "The Phantom of the Cinema" by beating Wingnut.

Defeat Turbo Cammy

Turbo Cammy is the hardest boss fight of the game. Use Don's box ability regularly for powerups and health, as well as the pizzas dropped by your allies.

Defeat Toby

In the final mission "Confront Toby", beat Toby in his mech suit.

Defeat Feral Mikey

Finish the mission of the same name by beating Mikey and knocking some sense back into him.

Reach maximum friendship level with April

Complete all the optional cutscenes and missions for April. She is usually found in the Foam cafe.

Reach maximum friendship level with Splinter

Complete all optional cutscenes and dojo training missions for Splinter. He is always found at home, with the cutscenes on the far left of the living room when available, and the dojo missions in the corner.

Reach maximum friendship level with Toby

Complete all optional cutscenes and missions for Toby. He will bounce between the Coexisting Center and The Fieldz during the questline.

Reach maximum friendship level with Emilie

Complete all optional cutscenes and missions for Emilie. She will always be found in The Poolz.

Reach maximum frienship level with Maaz

Complete all optional cutscenes and missions for Maaz. He is based in The Park, where he flies his drone.

Reach maximum friendship level with Volvy

Complete all optional cutscenes and missions for Volvy. He can be found at the Coexisting Center, in the left room upstairs.

Reach maximum friendship level with Mondo Gecko.

Complete all optional cutscenes and missions for Mondo. He is found where all the canvases are in the back corner of The Fieldz.

Reach maximum friendship level with Bebop, Rocksteady & Ray

Complete all optional cutscenes and pizza deliveries for Bebop, Rocksteady, and Ray. You'll need to progress further in the story than most other characters, as you first need to battle them.

Reach maximum friendship level with Sai

Complete all optional cutscenes and Contagion missions for Sai. He will be introduced a little later into the story, and will move between locations, according to the events of the story.

Reach maximum friendship level with Alshon

Complete all optional cutscenes and Civilian Missions for Alshon. He will be found in Foam a little bit into the story.

Reach maximum friendship level with Wingnut

Complete all optional cutscenes and missions for Wingnut. She is found in Quantum Piers, the arcade.

Collect all Damage Ooze Canisters

Ooze Canisters can be found in a variety of ways. You'll be awarded some for completing dojo missions and other optional quests, as well as finding them hidden within the game's levels.

Collect all Health Ooze Canisters

Ooze Canisters can be found in a variety of ways. You'll be awarded some for completing dojo missions and other optional quests, as well as finding them hidden within the game's levels.

Collect all Assist Ooze Canisters

Ooze Canisters can be found in a variety of ways. You'll be awarded some for completing dojo missions and other optional quests, as well as finding them hidden within the game's levels.

Find all Graffitis

There are 15 Graffiti works to find throughout the game, indicated by the yellow lines the game uses for interaction points. The first one will be given to you as part of the story, when the turtles meet Mondo.

Find all DigiMutants

There are 18 DigiMutants to find. There are two in each location, with the exception of Home and Foam. Foam has just one, whereas Home has three.

Fully upgrade Leo

Complete the Toby questline to unlock Leo's final skill, and spend XP on Leo's skill tree via the bench press station at Home.

Fully upgrade Raph

Complete the Emilie questline to unlock Raph's final skill, and spend XP on Raph's skill tree via the bench press station at Home.

Fully upgrade Donnie

Complete the Maaz questline to unlock Donnie's final skill, and spend XP on Donnie's skill tree via the bench press station at Home.

Fully upgrade Mikey

Complete the Volvy questline to unlock Mikey's final skill, and spend XP on Mikey's skill tree via the bench press station at Home.
