The Scadu Altus is the second main area in the Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree, which can be accessed after defeating Rellana, Twin Moon Knight. The Shadow Keep is a legacy dungeon that holds a lot of secrets and hidden items that players can explore and acquire for themselves. Going through the Keep is necessary in order to progress in the main story.

One of the new Talismans in the game, Talisman of Lord's Bestowal, is located in Scadu Altus, but before players can get their hands on it, they will have to complete a few prerequisites.

The Talisman of Lord's Bestowal is a new Talisman in Shadow of the Erdtree that increases poises after you a flask of tears. The Talisman weight is 3.0 and can be an exceptional tool to acquire more Poise.

This Talisman, paired up with the Bull-Goat Talisman, can increase your Poise significantly, making you not break animation through most of your attacks. The poise seems to have around a 25% increase when drinking the flask, but the duration of this flask is quite low. This talisman will be most useful in PvP when you are low on health and have to use a Flask without being interrupted.

Talisman of Lord's Bestowal Map Location in Shadow of the Erdtree

To get the Talisman of Lord's Bestowal in Shadow of the Erdtree, you must reach Shadow Keep in Scadu Altus. From the Shadow Keep Main Gate Site of Grace, defeat the Golden Hippopotamus and head left through the doorway. Go up the staircase to reach an area with multiple Messmer Soldiers. You can either deal with them or ignore them, as there will be a lot going through the path ahead. Keep going up the staircase on the left until you reach the dining room with the Archer in the middle.

At the end of the room, there should be an open doorway on the left, which leads to a stone bridge. Do not cross the stone bridge; instead, jump on the right side to spot a big golden tree. Approach the tree, and you will find the Talisman of Lord's Bestowal lying right next to it.
