Tales of Symphonia - Remastered features multiple ways for Lloyd and his party to improve their status parameters. How To Change A Title
As mentioned above, despite Tales of Symphonia providing an in-game manual and training tutorial, it doesn't explain the functions of Titles or how to change them during gameplay. It seems to assume that players already know about the feature despite it being hidden behind the menu screens. Use the following steps to change a character's Title in Tales of Symphonia:
- When the party is out of combat and exploring a town or on the field map, press the Options button on the PlayStation Controller, the + button on the Switch, or Start on the Xbox.
- Select Status from the top menu.
- Choose the desired character.
- The Title is underneath the character's name.
- Press down on the controller and select the Title.
- After a few hours in, the character should have earned new titles.
- Now, select the desired Title, but be mindful of stats that will increase when the character levels up.
