The environments of Tales of Kenzera: Zau are absolutely beautiful, with areas that are all distinct and unique from one another in this metroidvania style game. While it doesn't have a long runtime, it does have its own set of collectibles that you can find.
In the game, these collectibles are known as Echoes, which you have to interact with throughout the whole game. Not only are they collectibles, but they also act as a way to hear the words of those who have passed. They are indicated by a Skull mark on the map, and every area has around two to four of them, either located in plain sight or hidden in a secret area.

All Echoes Locations In Tales of Kenzera: Zau
There are 32 Echoes located throughout the three Acts in the game. These Echoes, along with other collectibles like Reflection Points and Spirit Rituals, give you Skill points. These Skill points can be used at any point in the game to unlock better Skills that change the gameplay drastically. The tables below include the map images and the information on their location.

|
After unlocking the gate in Wanderer's Pass, you will see wooden platforms that you can drop down to find the second Echo. |

The Sanctuary |
|
|
This Echo can only be obtained after acquiring the Akida's Spear ability. Head right of Patakatifu, the starting area of the game with the statues. Soon, you will reach the target at which you can throw the spear and proceed forward to acquire the last Echo in this area. |

A Sickness Comes |

|
In the Buluu Caverns, make your way left of the Workbench and keep going until you reach a waterfall, which has a hidden area behind it with the Echo. |

These Humble Waters |

This Echo requires the Bamba's Stone ability, which you can acquire down left in the Caverns. Go right off the travel point here, and you will find a waterfall that you can freeze. The Echo is hidden away at the top of the waterfall and can be reached by wall climbing. |

The Unliving Joke |

This Echo can only be obtained after acquiring the Akida's Spear ability. In the far Southeast of the Caverns, you can find a switch that is tied by a purple wire. Use the spear and reach the other side to find the Echo. |

In the Great Cliffs, you will reach a big area with platforms leading right towards the Travel Point and the main story objective. Instead of going right, head left to reach an area with an Echo inside. |

During the story, you will have to push a stone block. Just before pushing it down, you can get on top of it and wall climb to reach the top right corner where an Echo is located. |

Just before reaching the Workbench, you will come across a waterfall that you have to freeze using your Bamba Stone ability. After reaching the top, dash through the waterfall on the left to reach an area that is marked not on the map but has an Echo. |

You can acquire the Echo after completing the first Act and defeating Impundulu. Head to the Travel Point in Ikakaramba, head right and climb up by freezing the waterfall. There should be a switch where you can throw your Spear and proceed further ahead to reach the Echo. |

The Drowning Swamps

|
|
After reaching the Drowning Swamps, you will soon reach a stone block you can pull. After pulling it, head back inside the area where the block was to find this Echo. |

The Drowning of the Home |
|
|
As the name suggests, this Echo can be found on the main path inside of a house that goes down into the water upon standing on it. This should be clearly visible when going past it, so you do not have to worry about missing it. |

A Serpent’s Coil |
|
|
From the previous Echo, go up, and here you have to go left to reach the main objective. On the right, you can reach the Echo on the wooden platform by jumping above the spikes. |
The Wildwoods

A Changing World |

|
Along the main path in the Wildwoods, you will come across a wooden beam with a swinging spiked block that kills you on impact. Instead of heading past it, go back down and head down towards the right area with spikes at the bottom. At the end of this path, you will find an Echo. |

The Dance of the Shaman |

|
After finding the first key on the extreme right side of the Wildwood, you can head up the wooden scaffolding and jump across to the left, where you can find a tree trunk that has been cut. You can head inside this trunk to find the Echo. |

The Heart of Fear |

This Echo can only be acquired after acquiring the Tawa's Heart ability. Go back to where Sabulana was, and head left until you reach climbable platforms. On the right, you will be able to see an Orange blockade that you can destroy by switching to Sun Mask and using the Tawa's Heart. Head inside this small area to find the Echo. |

After proceeding in the main story and acquiring Zawadi's Hook ability head to the Travel point that is located above Sabulana on the map. From here, head down on the right side, and you will be able to use your ability to reach the Echo. |

This Echo can only be acquired after acquiring the Tawa's Heart ability. Head back to where Sabulana was, head left up the platforms, and then left again, basically following the same main story path you took before. Soon, you will reach the blockade that you can use your ability to go through and interact with the Echo. |

This Echo is located on a wooden platform on the north of the Enduring Rite, slightly on the top left side of the Workbench. |
It is best to acquire all of these Echoes before proceeding to the Realm of the Dead so that the "Listen and Learn" trophy/achievement pops for you.
