State of Decay was a surprisingly addictive experience, especially for a game that started out a bit rough. The idea of managing a community during a zombie apocalypse really clicked with me, and the tension of having to scavenge for supplies, fend off hordes, and keep your people alive is nail-biting. The gameplay is a bit clunky, especially the driving and combat, but there’s something rewarding about it.
