Action RPGs may even have a grander history than looters when it comes to finding powerful equipment all over the place. Superfuse does not disappoint, as an average game session will usually yield several upgrades, even toward the end of the game.
But these special pieces of gear can't be equipped until they are identified. If gamers were hoping that somebody would be hanging around Eros Town waiting to identify all equipment for free, Superfuse doesn't make it quite that easy. However, players are capable of identifying gear on their own.
How To Identify An Item
- Open the inventory.
- Use the Item Scanner.
- Select the unidentified item.
There is an item in the starting inventory called the Item Scanner. It contains a set number of charges that will identify items. Gamers that have an unidentified piece can use the Item Scanner and then select the piece to identify. Afterward, it will be revealed and equippable.
While the game explores the concept of AI, this particular action isn't magic so much as it is technical. The engineers have a charged device that reveals these pieces to the user. When it runs out of charges, players will need to get ahold of more.
Getting More Charges For The Item Scanner
Don't start selling items blindly when the Item Scanner is out of charges. Eros Town might not be one of gaming's most iconic Sci-Fi planets, but it is a place where players can get what they need.
Talk to Leon, the vendor running the "Noodles" stand just in front of the exit. Leon has stacks of these Item Scanners for sale. There is no discount for gamers that by multiples at a time, so don't go broke or try to save up too much necessarily. Get enough charges to identify any items of interest and come back later, Leon does not run out of this particular supply.
Superfuse is available in Early Access for PC.
