Super Mario Wonder's Badges are a brand-new feature for the iconic Nintendo franchise. Players can get up to 24 different ones, each offering a uniquely helpful ability for Mario and the gang, such as one that lets players glide in the air with a parachute cap or one that lets you survive after falling into a pit. Not all badges are created equal, however, as the last unlockable badge in Mario Wonder is called the Sound Off Badge, and it's not the most helpful out of the bunch.

What Does the Sound Off Badge Do?

How to Get Every Badge in Mario Wonder

If Super Mario Wonder players equip the Sound Off Badge, they will start to hear different sound effects when playing through the game's many different courses. It essentially replaces the typical sound effects, like when players grab a coin, with sounds from actual people. Instead of hearing the traditional 'coin' sound, players will hear someone actually saying the word 'coin.'

Having the badge won't give the playable characters any special abilities to get through a level, but it's still a bit entertaining to try it out, especially in a Course with a lot of coins, like the bonus level called Coins Galore.

How to Get the Last Badge in Mario Wonder (Sound off)

Now, to actually get the Sound Off Badge in Mario Wonder, there are a couple of things players will need to do first:

After collecting 16 Wonder Seeds from the Special World, players can use them to unlock the Course called 'The Final Test Wonder Gauntlet.' Once that course is complete, one final level will be unlocked. This one is called 'The Final-Final Test Badge Marathon' and is the last test in Mario Wonder.

The Course will be difficult to complete, but once it's done, one last Poplin house will appear, and players can step inside to receive the last badge in Mario Wonder: Sound Off.
