  • Fast travel to Xion and talk to Roxanne about the Fantastic Bait.
  • Travel to the Wasteland to find the chest.

As soon as players enter the Plant, they need to dive into the water and go inside through the hole in the ground.

As they continue to descend, players should keep scanning, as it makes it easier to find the chest. After locating the chest, enter the passcode, which is θθθβββ. The chest will open, and players will get a Fantastic Bait. Immediately after this, a prompt will appear asking players whether they want to travel to the Bulletin Board or not. Select yes, and you will be taken to Xion. Approach the board and complete the mission. Fantastic Bait can be used to catch jumbo fish.
