Angler's Reef |
During the Royal Navy Intel HQ quest, go to the end of the mission and find the target that has a Navy Shotgunner in front of it. Shooting that will open up a new door with the Glowing Rods. |

East Caribbea |
While in the East Caribbea, players will need to gain 15 Reputation, and then enter the locked room in The Royal Blue to get the Piston's Palace Key. Head to the mission that lets you fight Piston (who drops a great hat), and kill him. The Glow Rod is given to players after escaping. |

Frozen Fjords |
During Boom and Bust, go to the room with the Epic Swag and hit the target below the floor. This opens the door in the center room with the Glowing Rod. |

|
North Sea |
Head to Glacier Gulf and turn around directly after the opening. The green pool is where it is, and all players need to do is interact with it and open the chest. |

|
Shiner's Cove |
Somewhere within this region (sometimes in the west, but it is random), players will find a glowing ship that can be destroyed. The chest dropped by this ship will have the Glow Rod in it. |

Titan's Drain |
During Faucet, players will find the hooded figures that they can interact with. They will board the submarine and give the crew one of the Glow Rods. |
