How to Upgrade Buildings

Players will start SteamWorld Build with the ability to construct Worker Residential buildings. At first, they won't need much more than a connection to the train station, but as fans progress, they will have to work harder to satisfy their needs.

If citizen needs are met, residential will hold more people, meaning more workers will be available. On top of this, once needs have been completely satisfied, gamers will be able to upgrade a residential to the next citizen type if they've already unlocked the required milestone.
