There are many Staryard Spaceships roaming space in Starfield. In fact, players can board most of them to find out what’s inside. Some of the Staryards are dangerous, empty, or might be filled with enemies who are doing the most forbidden acts.

Players never know what they might find when they board a Staryard Spaceship. While Some Staryard might be spooky, there are others that are known to be home to a couple of NPCs like the Stroud-Eklund Staryard in this case.

Since it’s a roaming Staryard Ship, the game forces players to Grav Jump next to the Stroud-Eklund Staryard. When done jumping, it’s easy to reach the Ship. Just keep moving toward the Stroud-Eklund Staryard until reaching under 500M distance. Press the Dock button and wait for the animation. When the docking animation is done, board the Stroud-Eklund Staryard.

Other Staryard Ships like The Key in Starfield are dangerous to approach and board. Players will get attacked by tons of Starships roaming around The Key. The only way to access such heavily guarded Staryard is by completing some faction missions related to the Crimson Fleet. As for the Stroud-Eklund Staryard, there are no requirements needed to access it. No ships are protecting it and there's no danger inside for players who plan to maybe try their luck and fight everyone.

There’s not much to do when visiting Stroud-Eklund Staryard in Starfield, but there are two important notes to take that make knowing where the Staryard roaming Ship is essential. First, after the All That Money Can Buy main quest, players will get the Overdesigned side quest in Starfield. It’s a quest where people have to travel to the Stroud-Eklund Staryard and help Walter Stroud’s team design a new Commercial Starship. At the end, players will either get Kepler R or Kepler S based on their choices during the side quest. Additionally, the Stroud-Eklund Staryard is the place where players meet Havershaw, and he’s a Ship Services Technician specializing in everything Stroud Brand related in Starfield, such as their great collection of Habs and Structural.

A couple of the Stroud Ship parts are impressive when building a Ship in Starfield. For example, instead of bulking the Ship’s sides with Habs to create enough space to install Engines, players can use the Stroud Engine Bracer which can smoothly expand the Ship. The same idea goes with the Stroud Engine Mount, instead of connecting the Engines straight to the Habs, players can install an Engine straight to a Stroud Engine Mount to create a much better Ship design in Starfield.

Starfield is available now on PC and Xbox Series X/S.
