Stardew Valley is one of the coziest games known to date, and it receives decently big updates every so often even though the game is developed only by one person. The game allows players to own their own farmhouse and farmland which was given down to them by their Grandpa who passed away. Now it is up to the player to make the farm look great again and keep it going while also making friends - and possible relationships with characters within the town.

The game also allows for players to host more than one person on the farm, so if a player wanted to have friends join them, they can. Players have the ability to house a farm that has a many different houses on it, and while some of those can be moved, for the longest time the main farm house couldn't be moved. However, in recent updates players can now move the farmhouse. This guide will explain how to move the farmhouse in Stardew Valley.

How To Relocate The Farmhouse In Stardew Valley

For players who want to move their farmhouse, they are in luck as this is a pretty recent new feature a the time of writing. Players can follow a pretty easy step-by-step guide below to be able to successfully relocate the house.

  1. First, players will need to figure out where they want to move the house to, it will require a piece of land that is 5x9 in the shape or a rectangle. The area will need to be complete clear.
  2. Players will need to use Debug Mode which can be done by pressing F5 on PC (or a button like it if on console) so that the coordinates can be gathered for the exact area chosen for the relocation.
  3. Now, players will need to talk to Robin and confirm the coordinates to her of where players are wanting to relocate the house to. The plot will have to be big enough and be empty for her to approve of the move.

That is everything that players will need to know about relocating their farmhouse in Stardew Valley. It is a pretty easy process as players will really only need to make sure they have enough space elsewhere for it as well as finding the coordinates to the plot of land.
