On May 1, Broadsword announced its plans for Star Wars Day 2025, which include double XP for all users and a 50% sale on Collections unlocks. The promotion began that same day and will run until May 16, 2025, giving players a couple of weeks to take advantage of all the giveaways and discounts. In addition to the XP boost and Collections sale, SWTOR is giving away the B25-SAL Probe as a mini-pet droid to anyone who logs in during that timeframe. Promotional shots of the floating, spinning droid show off The Old Republic' s ongoing graphical updates, which include some noticeably more detailed textures than older builds of the nearly 14-year-old MMO.

The 16-day promotion is one of the longer-lasting Star Wars Day deals available this year.
