Star Wars Outlaws features a wide range of abilities that are learned through a special group of NPCs called Experts. Throughout the course of the game, you will encounter some of these important characters through the main story, and some through exploration. Once you have developed a working relationship with these Experts, Kay will be able to unlock six abilities from each Expert. This guide will explain when and how each Expert can be discovered, and how to unlock all of their abilities.

Lando will be present at this game, and speaking to him will initiate "The High Roller" quest in earnest.

MT-7 – The Veteran
The final Expert that players are likely to encounter is MT-7, also known as The Veteran. Unlike every other Expert, MT-7's existence is essentially hidden from the players, as his space on the abilities menu has no question mark, and gives no hint that a ninth Expert exists. However, players may notice that, after collecting Encrypted Messages from the special containers in the game's various space sections, ND-5 will mention that he'll be able to decrypt the messages if we find more.
Players may also notice that, after finding enough of these messages, a new Expert intel chain will begin in the menu. No hint is given as to where to go or what the end result will be. Eventually, once you collect enough of the transmissions, and complete enough of the main story, ND-5 will announce that he is now able to decrypt the messages. This will lead to MT-7, hidden away on a secret landing pad on Akiva. Complete his quest to gain access to his abilities.
Now that Kay has a Decryption Module from The Veteran, make sure to follow the quest given when ND-5 decrypts the secret transmissions. At the end of the quest, Kay will acquire the entire Disruptor gear set, which provides a unique set of perks.
