The page shares some basic information about the game, explaining how the story takes place five years after the events of the previous title and sees Cal Kestis still on the run from the Empire. The listing as it currently exists doesn't offer much in the way of big revelations about Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, but it at first had a more specific release window.
According to ComicBook, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor's PlayStation Store listing originally claimed that the game was going to launch in March 2023. It now just says 2023. It's possible that this was simply an error and isn't a real indication of when fans can expect to play the game. On the flip side, it's also possible that this was an accurate leak and that the Star Wars Jedi: Survivor release date is currently planned for March 2023. Fans will just have to hang tight for more information from EA to be sure one way or another.
If Star Wars Jedi: Survivor does launch in March 2023, it would be somewhat surprising. As it stands, very little has been shown about the new game beyond a cinematic trailer that set up the story and teased fans about what they can expect. The Star Wars Jedi: Survivor trailer was brief and didn't show gameplay, meaning that there's still quite a bit that needs to be shown for the game between now and its eventual release.
There are some big events between now and March 2023 where Star Wars Jedi: Survivor could theoretically show up. The D23 Expo is being held from September 9 to September 11, and it's certainly within the realm of possibility that Star Wars Jedi: Survivor could make an appearance at the event. Alternatively, it wouldn't be surprising for Star Wars Jedi: Survivor to show up at The Game Awards in December, as EA has traditionally had big reveals at the awards show each year.
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is expected to launch in 2023 for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X.
