Where To Find Precis In Star Ocean: The Second Story R
The party should recruit Precis when they arrive in Hilton during the story mission that requires the party to go to Laucer Castle. Instead of traveling to Laucer Castle, they should head south to Linga. Players won't know there is a time-limited Private Action until they arrive.
Use the save point at the town's entrance and press the Square button on the PlayStation or Y on the Switch to switch the game to PA Mode. This is the best opportunity to recruit Precis as early as possible without taking any chances and missing the opportunity.
Recruiting Precis In Star Ocean: The Second Story R
As it's a Private Action, there are no fights to participate in or wandering too far from the beaten path to recruit Precis into the party. With Private Action mode enabled, walk to the right side of town outside Jeane's Medicine House.
Speak to Precis, and she will introduce herself and invite Claude to her home to see the rest of her technology. Claude will be introduced to Precis' father - who is already chatting to Rena. She will explain her creations were inspired by a strange meteorite that fell from the sky.
When Precis asks to join Claude and Rena on their adventures, players must choose Sure, why not as their answer. Precis will join the party as they try to leave, triggering the Young Inventor trophy on the PlayStation.
Precis will join the party in Star Ocean: The Second Story R at level 15. It's worth adding skill points in Determination and Effort to increase the amount of EXP for winning battles.
