Once Voyta travels to the Kuttenburg Region, you can meet him near the western entrance to Kuttenburg City. The first mission here will be "The Night-Mare", where you have to scare Bellissimo away. After completing the quest, talk to Voyta again and ask him if he needs help. He will tell you that he painted a fortress in Pschitoky, but the Bailiff has not paid him the agreed-upon items. Instead of Groschen, Voyta requires the Lapis Lazuli, which is a gemstone from the Bailiff.
Fast travel to Pschitoky and go to the marker to find the Bailiff. Talk to him about the painter's rewards, and he will refuse to give it to you as he needs them for luck. He will explain to you how he wishes to impress Lady Adela and wants you to insult her so he can beat you up, winning her heart.
If you wish to complete the quest immediately, you can rob the Bailiff on the spot, making sure no one sees you. Pickpocket him and take the Lapis Lazuli. With the gemstone in your possession, you can return to Voyta to complete the quest. However, doing this will void the "Painted" trophy/achievement for players eager to collect all DLC trophies in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.

Make your way to the willow, where you can find Adela of Mnischek sitting next to the tree. Talking to her gives you two options—you can either insult her or reveal the Bailiff's plan. Even though you can go with the original plan of insulting her, choosing the latter option is better, as you will receive a large sum of Groschen from Adela. Once you reveal the Bailiff's plan to her, she will ask you to insult her, and when the Bailiff arrives, you must beat him so that you can get the reward from Adela.
After the duel is done and you get your 1,050 Groschen, pass the time to around 2 a.m., when most people will be sleeping, and sneak into the Bailiff's room. As there are a few guards at the entrance of the building, it is best to head for the side where you can see scaffolding. Climb the ladder and make your way up the staircase in the distance.
If you have a dark outfit, it is best to wear it to make yourself less visible during the night.
You will have to lockpick the front door and the door to the Bailiff's room. Close the door behind you and knock out the Bailiff sleeping on the bed. This will allow you to do things more freely. Investigate the painting and enhance it. This will pop the "Painted" trophy/achievement, and you can proceed to rob him to find the Lapis Lazuli. You can also loot his keys to open the chest, which contains quite a lot of expensive armor you can sell.
Head back to Voyta and talk to him. You will have two options: you can either give him the Lapis Lazuli and tell him about the repainting, or you can lie to him and only mention the repainting, keeping the gemstone for yourself. Both outcomes will yield a Miser's Cuirass for you.
