Spider-Man: Miles Morales UK Sales Boosted by PS5 Restock

According to GamesIndustry.biz, Spider-Man: Miles Morales  jumped from ninth place to third place in the boxed chart sales for games sold the week of May 15 in the UK, compared to the week before. It managed to surpass the recently released Subnautica: Below Zero  and FIFA 21, which has performed favorably in UK sales for some time now.

Despite being out for several months, Spider-Man: Miles Morales  is still one of the most desirable PS5 launch titles. Many fans consider the game to be as solid as its predecessor and opens the door for additional games in the series. Although, the attention that Spider-Man: Miles Morales  has received from the gaming community might mean great things for Insomniac Games in the future.

If there's one thing that many Sony fans appreciate about PlayStation as a platform, it's the console's exclusive series. For the last several years now, Insomniac Games has provided numerous memorable and high-selling Sony exclusive games. This could mean that even more ambitious games may come from the studio. With the release of games like Spider-Man: Miles Morales  and Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart, this could lead to Insomniac being in charge of numerous, powerhouse franchises.
