In Solo Leveling Season 1, Jinwoo started off as rather weak, and even below average, but when he started leveling up, he got stronger and could even contend with A Rank enemies. In fact, later down the line, Jinwoo ended up becoming strong enough to fight and beat S Rank enemies. In Solo Leveling Season 2, he even defeated the Ant King, considered to be stronger than most S Rank Hunters.
Jinwoo’s own strength is absolutely immense, but that isn't the only thing about him that's impressive. He is also the Shadow Monarch, and he can raise shadows of the fallen, making them fight on his behalf. All the powers of Jinwoo considered, he is, undoubtedly, God Level, especially towards the end of the Manhwa, but he isn't the only one. Antares is also incredibly strong.
