Solo Leveling is a very popular series, and its popularity has only grown since the anime adaptation of the series hit in 2024. The franchise has gained a lot of traction since, but with no return date for the story since the conclusion of Season 2, fans have instead turned to the manhwa for more content. After finishing the adventures of Sung Jinwoo, most fans of Solo Leveling jumped to the sequel story, focused on his son, Sung Suho. This sequel is known as Solo Leveling Ragnarok, and while its web novel is over, its Manhwa has made a comeback. It has just been confirmed that the English release for the Manhwa is making a grand return on November 11, and fans can catch it on Tapas for weekly releases of Sung Suho's exciting adventure.
It’s Time To Admit That Sung Jinwoo Isn’t The Best Solo Leveling Protagonist
Jinwoo is popular, but Solo Leveling has a superior protagonist to him.
Solo Leveling: Ragnarok’s English Release Is Making A Comeback
- Manhwa Return Date Is November 11
- Fans Expect Weekly Release On Tapas
Solo Leveling Ragnarok met its conclusion not too long ago, in July 2025, with chapter 375. Many fans were deeply saddened by its end, as it was the last bit of original Solo Leveling content that they had to look forward to on a regular basis.
However, not long after that, the return of the Solo Leveling Ragnarok Manhwa was confirmed. This came after a hiatus that started back in June 2025. The Manhwa has been getting consistent releases in Korean since August, and now, an English official release is also upon fans.
New Solo Leveling Movie Is Reportedly Coming In 2026
Solo Leveling is getting unexpected content - a brand new movie. This movie could be coming as early as 2026.
Fans will be able to read the new batch of Solo Leveling Manhwa chapters weekly on the Tapas platform, and new Solo Leveling chapters will drop every Saturday, starting November 11, 2025.
Is Solo Leveling Ragnarok Worth A Read?
An Alternative Universe Of The Original Solo Leveling Series
It is no surprise to know that fans of the original Solo Leveling series might wonder if Solo Leveling Ragnarok is worth a read, or if it’s better avoided. Solo Leveling fans who have yet to pick up the manhwa would be delighted to know that Solo Leveling Ragnarok is actually a very interesting series that greatly expands upon what fans already know about the Solo Leveling universe. It also features Sung Jinwoo, even though he isn’t the main focus.
“Ragnarok was a spin-off created for fanservice. I was curious to see how another author would write Solo Leveling. This story is part of the Solo Leveling universe, but it isn’t a direct continuation of the main plot. It’s more like one of many possible scenarios — similar to Marvel’s parallel universes. And of course, I’m also considering the possibility of writing a sequel myself.” — Chugong
However, fans need to keep in mind that while this sequel is indeed confirmed canon, the creator of the original Solo Leveling series, Chugong, has revealed that it’s a fan service series set in an alternative universe, not necessarily directly connected to the main story. Still, Solo Leveling Ragnarok is incredible, and some would say better written.
