Liu Zhigang
The Chinese National Level Hunter
Sung Jinwoo is very strong, and far superior to the S-Rank Hunters. However, he has yet to become the strongest National level hunter.
Thomas Andre aside, Liu Zhigang, the National Level Hunter from China, is still stronger than Jinwoo at the end of Season 2. There will come a time when Jinwoo becomes the strongest Hunter, but for now, he isn’t even Asia’s top 1.
Sung II-Hwan

At Jinwoo’s current level in the anime, he would get absolutely destroyed by Antares. Jinwoo still needs to level up and get many more power-ups before he can face his ultimate adversary in Solo Leveling.

One of the most mysterious characters of the Solo Leveling universe, The Absolute Being is something fans know little about. The Absolute Being is, in simple terms, the god of the Solo Leveling world. They were the one to create the Monarchs and the Rulers, and while their fighting power isn’t exactly clear, at the very least, they should definitely be superior to Sung Jinwoo’s current power level.
