This article contains spoilers from Solo Leveling Season 2.
Solo Leveling is an absolute sensation right now, and fans know that very well. This anime has only gone on to reach higher heights ever since it was first released. Solo Leveling Season 1 set the standards quite high, but hardly anyone was expecting it to reach the levels of population it did after Season 2.
Solo Leveling Is Over, But These Anime Will Fulfill Your Cravings
Solo Leveling season 2 ended, but these other anime series will fill the gap for fans.
Given the popularity of Solo Leveling Season 2, it is no surprise to know that it won a ton of awards. Solo Leveling was also crowned Anime of the Year, and given that the story will only continue to get better, fans know that it will continue to dominate for years to come. That said, one anime looks like it is set to dethrone Solo Leveling in the upcoming years.
Solo Leveling Swept Many Awards At Crunchyroll Awards
- Solo Leveling Won Anime Of The Year
- Some Fans Think It Is Undeserved
Solo Leveling won many awards earlier this year, and fans know already that it is the Anime of the Year. While a lot of the fans disagree with the winner, it cannot be denied that Solo Leveling had the most impact out of any series out there, and that it is one of the most popular anime right now.

Solo Leveling Has Officially Beaten The Best Next-Gen Manga Series
The biggest next-gen manga, JJK, has been beaten, and by none other than JJK.
Not only did Solo Leveling win Anime of the Year, but it also won other awards, such as Best New Series, Best Action, Best Main Character, Best Score, Best Ending Sequence, Best Voice Artist Performance (Brazilian Portuguese), Best Voice Artist Performance (Castilian Spanish), and Best Voice Artist Performance (English).
Clearly, Solo Leveling will only grow bigger in the upcoming years, but that doesn't change the fact that it can be dethroned in the upcoming years by one anime in particular, and that is Demon Slayer.

Solo Leveling Cannot Beat Demon Slayer's Final Arcs
Demon Slayer Has Broken Far More Records Than Solo Leveling
As fans know, Demon Slayer is also an incredibly popular anime. When it first came out, its popularity was akin to Solo Leveling. In fact, it can be said that Demon Slayer was a far bigger phenomenon, given that its Mugen Train movie broke all records at the Japanese Box Office that are still there today. Solo Leveling doesn't have that level of hype and popularity around it, no matter how many awards it wins.
It must be noted that Demon Slayer is currently in its final phase, when it comes to the anime. The finale of the anime will be adapted into three movies, with the first one already released. Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle has already surpassed Mugen Train, and the final movie will likely break all sorts of records that no other movie will be able to touch for years.
Solo Leveling is absolutely phenomenal, and there's no denying that, but competing with Demon Slayer and actually beating it is impossibly difficult. Demon Slayer's hype, popularity, and even its writing and fights are far better. In Demon Slayer's absence, Solo Leveling might look like the top anime, but once it drops the movies, it's curtains for Jinwoo and the Hunters.
Solo Leveling has two seasons out right now, one with 12 episodes, and the other with 13, for a combined episode count of 25 episodes available to watch right now. The series can be streamed on Crunchyroll for fans to enjoy while awaiting any more news concerning the third season. For fans who can't wait for season 3 to come out, checking out the Manhwa might be a great option.
