Solo Leveling: Arise has many mechanics that are affected by real-world time. Every day the daily reset of Solo Leveling: Arise refreshes many of the activities players can do for free. These mechanics incentivize players to check in every few hours and at least once a day to make the most out of their time playing.
Players don't need to log on at any one specific time as any time after the daily reset will give them the same number of activities to complete. While there are many activities that aren't affected by time, here are the ones players should prioritize each day when they log in.

9 Log In Calendar
Free Items Every Day You Log In
- In the main menu along the right side of the screen, the Calendar icon with a checkmark in the center.
- Unlocked for free with free daily rewards
This first one is a bit more difficult to miss as the log-in calendar pops up on screen the minute players log into the game. These log-in calendars are free rewards players can claim with another day on the calendar being logged each day they log in.
Should players go more than 24 hours without logging in, a day on the calendar will be missed and won't be able to be claimed. Most rewards on these calendars get better and better with each day, and missing any day can lead to potentially missing out on the best reward available.
8 Free Gifts
Free Items To Be Claimed In The Shop
- 5,000 Gold
- 10 Essence Stones
After every daily reset players can go into the shop and pick up two free gifts of Gold and Essence Stones. Gold can be found in the Special Shop while Essence Stones are found in the Bonus section.
The amounts for these free gifts are very low compared to what they are used to purchase, but the effort required to claim them makes it more than worthwhile. Essence Stones are key to Drawing new weapons or Hunters, and even a small amount daily will lead to a free draw every few days.
7 Hunter Archive
Use Keys To Learn Stories & Earn Essence Stones
- 50 Essence Stones a day.
- Try out new Hunters early on.
Players are only given one Hunter Archive key a day with up to three being stored up at a time. The Hunter Archive offers additional side stories focused on the other Hunters players can recruit, along with rewarding Essence Stones for completing a chapter.
Some chapters in a Hunter Archive will also let players control that Hunter for a short dungeon. This offers a great chance to try out other Hunters and see their skills and playstyle to determine if you want to spend the time trying to Draw them through Custom or Special Draws.
6 Events
Earn Event Points Through Daily Event Tasks
- Press the star icon on the right side of the main menu.
- Most events only last a week or two.
Events will constantly be cycling in and out. Many events are simple and earn points as players complete other tasks in the game and log in daily. They often have their own set of daily missions to complete that earn points for that event, and logging in daily will help maximize points during the short window they are available.
Solo Leveling: Arise – Weapon Tier List
Out of all 45 weapons in Solo Leveling: Arise, these SSR and SR options are truly worth the player’s time, effort, and resources.
Events also tend to offer higher-tier rewards than regular challenges and game modes. Players should prioritize events when they can as they often just require players to do their usual tasks in slightly different ways to complete the event's criteria.
5 Daily Missions
Complete Similar Tasks Every Day For XP & Essence Stones
- Easy to complete tasks for decent rewards.
- 100 daily Essence Stones
Every day players will have their Daily Missions reset. These are usually very simple to complete if you follow all the entries on this list and play for about 10 minutes a day. The rewards for daily quests focus on Essence Stones, XP, and Gold.
Completing individual daily missions won't offer any rewards and only points for that day. Getting 100 points in a day will give players all the available rewards, and this can be done without having to complete every available daily mission. There are also weekly missions to be completed in this menu, offering higher rewards but for much more work.
4 Activity Funds
Earn Rewards Even When Not Playing
- Free items, XP, and Gold every minute.
- Up to 24 hours of rewards can be stored at a time.
The Activity Fund will passively earn players rewards every minute of the day with up to 24 hours of rewards banking up at once. Any rewards earned after 24 hours disappear, so it's important to at least log in once to make sure no rewards from this system disappear.
The rewards for the Activity Fund are based on the tier which is determined by Sung Jinwoo's level. The Tier affects the additional bonus items players get every few minutes, with more and better ones being offered as Sung reaches higher levels. Leveling up your Hunters and increasing their Power will have more Gold and XP generated every minute, so it's important to focus your time on them just as much as Sung.
3 Encore Missions
Use Your Hunters To Earn Powerful Artifacts
- Get specific artifacts from specific sets.
- Offers high-level artifacts to offer better options than you have now.
Players are given three Encore Mission keys a day with additional ones being rewards from additional activities. Encore missions are challenging boss fights that only your Hunters can partake in.
Solo Leveling: Arise - Best SSR Characters, Ranked
Dungeons are a dangerous place in Solo Leveling: Arise. These SSR characters can help players out.
Encore missions reward rare artifacts based on the boss you fight, with their level being decided by the Tier of that boss you choose to face. Encore missions are great for trying to finish out Artifact Sets with high-level and rarity options to get the full bonuses for your gear.
2 Instance Dungeons
Have Sung Jinwoo Earn Powerful Jewelry For All Hunters
- An additional source of different artifacts.
- Will be the main source of Jewelry Artifacts.
Like Encore Missions, players only get three Instance Dungeon keys a day. These dungeons can only be completed by Sung Jinwoo alone, and will also offer difficult boss fights and powerful Artifacts as a reward.
The main difference is the type of artifacts rewarded. Instance Dungeons offer Jewelry Artifacts while Encore Missions offer armor artifacts. Jewelry Artifacts also have their own sets to be found and completed. Instance Dungeons offer the more rare Artifacts especially when first unlocked as Jewelry Artifacts are not a common find outside of Instance Dungeons.
1 Completing & Farming Gates
Clear Gates & Farm Them For Reards
- Red Gates, Special Gates, and Dungeon Breaks should be prioritized.
- Leveling up Reputation increases daily Gate Key limit.
Gates are by far the most important and rewarding task players can complete on a daily basis. Players will only receive a set number of Gate Keys in a day and every single one should be used as soon as possible with none ever being wasted. Gates offer the biggest and most useful pool of rewards especially when it comes to the Army Of Shadows.
Red Gates in Solo Leveling: Arise should always be completed as they offer an even better pool of loot and will sometimes be the only way to obtain high-tier items. Cleared gates can also be mined for additional gold, Mana Crystals, and even Essence Stones. Mining gates will require logging in a bit more often, but collecting and switching which gates are being mined is a quick process.
