Where To Get Rune Fragments In Solo Leveling: Arise
The most reliable method for obtaining Rune Fragments that can be repeated daily is by completing Red Gates. Players will need to spawn Red Gates unlike other regular gates, but if done correctly, they can still complete two or three in a day with only a few Gate Keys. They aren't guaranteed rewards and will come in varying amounts that will increase as players complete higher-level gates.
By increasing your reputation in Solo Leveling: Arise, you can also obtain more Gate Keys in a day and have more to spawn Red Gates with. Rune Fragments can also be obtained using the Celebration Coin Exchange, but this refreshes every few weeks after the inventory is depleted. Players can salvage old Runes to get Rune Fragments but this isn't recommended until much later on when players have more Runes to work with. Rune Fragments are also a possible reward from Skill Rune Support Chests, which can be obtained as a reward in cycling events.

How To Use Rune Fragments In Solo Leveling: Arise
Skill Runes can greatly upgrade Sung Jinwoo's skill s but will also require players to farm a lot of gold first. Towards the bottom of the main menu will be the Fusion menu with a cross as the display icon. The top left option will be the ability to fuse Skill Rune (Fragments) using Rune Fragments. These Skill Rune (Fragments) will offer an immediate boost to Sung's skills but will be randomized for which skill they apply to.
Skill Rune (Fragments) can then be fused together to create higher rarity options that offer much higher boosts in stats than others. Players should invest in the fusion system early, as even Skill Rune (Fragments) offers a boost in stats and an increase in overall Power for the players' account.
