Ill-Ledgible is a session challenge in Skate's Hedgemont neighborhood, and it focuses on three types of tricks. More specifically, players who want to complete all the challenge's goals will need to perform manuals, grinds, and triple flip tricks. This guide contains more information about those tricks, and it will help players fully address the Ill-Ledgible challenge in Skate.
While Ill-Ledgible is not the most difficult challenge in Skate's Hedgemont neighborhood, it can take a few minutes to complete all its goals.
Skate 4 Ill-Ledgible Challenge Guide
Manual Distance on the Manny Pads
Players must manual a total of 60 meters on manny pads, which are marked with yellow, to complete this goal. The easiest way to do this is to get onto the triangular pad near the edge of the course, give a single push, and then hold the right joystick slightly downward to manual. After losing momentum, simply give another push and manual, repeating this process until you have hit the required distance.
Manuals in Skate are performed by holding the right joystick slightly downward.
Grind
This goal requires players to perform eight grinds, and the edges of the manny pads are great for that trick. Simply give a push or two toward a manny pad, ollie and land so that the board hits its edge (initiating a grind), and ollie when you are ready to dismount. Repeat this process until you have reached the requisite number of grinds.
Triple Flip Tricks
This is the goal that is likely to give players the most trouble, and it centers around performing six triple flip tricks. For those players who are struggling with this objective, here is one way to approach it:
- Give a few pushes toward one of the challenge's small ramps to hit it with some speed.
- At the top of the ramp, perform a kickflip. With Classic controls, a kickflip is performed by pressing the right joystick down and then up and diagonally to the left. With Streamlined controls, a kickflip is performed by pressing the right joystick up and diagonally to the left.
- Do not release the right joystick. Hold it in the kickflip's final position (up and diagonally to the left). This will cause the board to repeatedly flip underneath the skater.
- Once the board has flipped three times, release the right joystick to land a triple flip trick.
Players can turn any flip trick into a triple flip trick simply by holding the right joystick in the final position until the board has flipped three times. As such, players should feel free to use heelflips and pop-shuvits to complete this goal if that is their preference.
Total Score
Skate players need to hit a total score of 6,000 to complete this goal. If that score has not been reached while addressing the other tasks, players should simply perform their favorite tricks until they earn 6,000.
