This list looks at some of the best cartoon characters created by Simmers in The Sims 4's gallery so that players can start planning their own fan-made Sim stories around the characters that they love.
8 Futurama

The Futurama gang is available to download and insert into Sims 4 right now thanks to Simmer Queen_Hamburglar. The Futurama family is made up of seven Sims: Fry, Leela, Bender, Professor Farnsworth, Hermes, Amy, and everyone’s favorite lobster Dr Zoidberg.
There are a few different takes on the Futurama gang in the gallery, but this one is particularly noteworthy for a few different reasons. For example, it cleverly implements Leela’s one eye by having her wear a large pair of ski goggles, Bender is a guy in a robot suit, and Zoidberg is a regular Sim but with red skin and a curly beard to represent his face tentacles. The large, poppy eyes of the characters are kind of creepy, but also accurate to Matt Groening’s infamous art style. It all comes together to create a fantastic take on the most popular Futurama characters.
7 Rugrats

Rugrats was a Nickelodeon cartoon that took the world by storm in the 90s, so it’s no surprise that there are plenty of recreations of the adorable baby characters in the The Sims 4 gallery. One of the best that players will find is a Rugrats family created by HelloooAmber.
The family includes the main babies-Tommy, Chuckie, Phil, Lil, Kimi, and Dil- as well as the two toddlers Angelica and Susie. All the characters look great, even if Angelica and Susie have to be aged up to kids to separate them from the babies.
6 The Simpsons

The Simpsons are quite possibly the most famous cartoon family in the world and so there are, unsurprisingly, tons of iterations of them in the gallery. The recreation we have chosen for this list comes from Simmer SimHhayley, and it perfectly captures the vibe of The Simpson family (minus the yellow skin).
The designs for the characters fit the iconic Simpsons designs, such as Marge’s blue beehive, white pearls and green dress, and Maggie's pale blue onesie. It can be tough for Simmers to recreate certain aspects of The Simpson family in the game due to the aforementioned art style of show creator Matt Groening. However, SimHhayley manages to capture their likeness in a believable way that is in line with each family member.
5 The Powerpuff Girls

When it comes to the best Cartoon Network shows from the late 90s to the early 00s, The Powerpuff Girls is up there as one of, if not the absolute, best. The show focused on three superpowered little girls-Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup-created in a laboratory that used their powers to fight crime. The popularity of the show, and the three main characters, means that there is plenty to choose from related to The Powerpuff Girls in the The Sims 4 gallery, including aged-up versions of the characters. The replication of the girls by Simmer ScarfyLove makes our list thanks to how well the characters have been channeled into the design.
The girls wear matching outfits in their individual pink, blue, and green color schemes, but they are a little different from what they wear in the show. Rather than matching dresses, they wear bomber jackets with black shorts, white leggings, and sneakers, with their jackets and shoes matching each character's given color. The outfits are what slightly older versions of the girls would likely wear, though they aren’t too mature. Their hairstyles are also excellently chosen, though it would have been great to see Blossom with some kind of hair accessory akin to her giant red hair bow from the show. ScarfyLove blends a unique, modern, and slightly more mature version of The Powerpuff Girls with their original designs to create some awesome Sims.
4 Kim Possible and Shego

Fans of the Disney Channel in the mid to late 00s are sure to know the cartoon Kim Possible, which revolves around a teenage cheerleader who fights crime as a super spy in her spare time. There are plenty of Kim Possible Sims in the gallery, but the version of the character created by Simmer ThePinkShadow11 is by far one of the best.
Not only has ThePinkShadow11 created an awesome version of Kim, but they also created another popular character from the show: Shego. Shego is a villain with a distinctive black and green color palette, and she has been recreated excellently here, just like Kim.
3 Eeveelutions

Next is a group of pet Sims that are technically from a video game and an anime, since they are from Pokémon, but they also count as part of a cartoon, so they still qualify for our list. There is a range of Pokemon available in The Sims 4's gallery, but our personal favorites are these adorable recreations of the various Eeveelutions (the different evolved forms of the Pokemon Eevee).

As some of the most popular shiny Pokemon to exist, plenty of Pokemon GO players are eager to add these 8 shiny Eevee evolutions to their collection.
Made by Simmer lilythas, each of the elemental Eeveelutions- Jolteon, Flareon, Vaporeon, Leafeon, Espeon, Umbreon, Sylveon, and Glaceon- have been created from small dog breeds. Their markings are perfectly recreated, from Flareon’s fluffy golden neck fur to Sylveon’s pink bows. These adorable Eeveelutions are a must for Pokémon fans, but it might be a little tough living in a house with eight dog Sims, no matter how cute they are.
2 Miles Morales and Gwen Stacy

The two Spiderverse movies are an example of how incredible animation can be, so it’s no surprise that there are quite a few Spiderverse-themed Sims in the gallery. Some of the best players will find were created by aahammad, and their recreation of Miles Morales and Gwen Stacey from the Spiderverse movies would make a great addition to a Sims game.
Miles wears his iconic hoodie, shorts, and sneakers over the top of his Spider-Man suit, while Gwen has her short blonde hair, piercings, and freckles. These Sims are some of the best cartoon characters in the gallery thanks to their attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent designs.
1 Scooby-Doo

Scooby-Doo is one of the most famous cartoon dogs of all time, and there are a range of different versions of him available to download in the gallery. A version of Scooby created by Simmer ineGEE is arguably the best players will find in The Sims 4, as it perfectly captures Scooby’s adorable nature and features.
From his big, dopey eyes to his pointed ears, back eyebrows, and long nose, ineGEE put in a lot of effort to replicate Scooby as accurately as possible. He also has his trademark light blue collar and black spots on his light brown coat. For those who want to have their own Scooby-Doo wandering around their homes in The Sims 4, this version of Scooby is the absolute best version in the gallery.
