Shin Megami Tensei 5: Vengeance has a few subquests that will unlock others following the same demons throughout different locations in the game. One of these questlines is Demeter's, and can still be found in both the Canon of Vengeance and Canon of Creation.
Demeter's first quest is The Tyrant of Tennozu, and after completing it she will move to a later region in the game. Her next quest will have players facing another powerful demon, slightly higher in level than those in the nearby area.
Shin Megami Tensei 5: Vengeance - How To Farm Gospels & Grimoires
Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance has Gospels and Grimoires to quickly level up the Nahobino and his demons; here's where to get them.
This article is based on the Canon of Vengeance
How To Start The Horn Of Plenty
After completing the Tyrant of Tennozu, Demeter will move to Shinjuku, in a building just south of the Shinjuku 3rd Block Leyline Fount. Demeter will not appear if the previous quest hasn't been turned in, and will immediately travel to this location if players need to backtrack to unlock this quest. Demeter will ask for the Horn of Plenty, which is dropped by a Chimera found back at the beginning of Shinjuku. If players have already found and defeated this demon, they will already have the Horn and can turn in the quest immediately.
The Chimera is found in a small valley in the southeastern corner of Shinjuku and can be easily reached by traveling back to the first Leyline fount and traveling southwest before climbing up the hill and following the path straight east. Chimera will attack as soon as you approach, so be prepared before getting too close.

Chimera is a powerful level 50 demon, but its weakness to poison should be immediately taken advantage of. While it is best to fuse a demon that has a poison ability, players can also use a Poison Gem to poison Chimera during the first turn to maximize damage from the status effect. If you chose a magic build for the Nahobino, be sure to bring a powerful force spell and focus only on dealing damage and adding more press turn icons.
Chimera has a few options of its own, and players should focus on demons that resist or block fire and electric attacks. Having a block or absorb fire demon or essence on the Nahobino is best as its only fire spell is Maragion which will hit the whole party and end its turn. Players should also bring Amrita Drops or other status healing spells as Frenzied Chomp has a chance of inflicting poison, confusion, or charm.
Shin Megami Tensei 5: Vengeance - How To Respec
One of the major changes in Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance from the base game is the ability to respec the Nahobino; here's how to do it.
What Should You Tell Demeter & Rewards
After defeating Chimera players will be given the Horn of Plenty and can take it back to Demeter. She will ask about sacrifices and players can choose between, "Sacrifices are necessary" or, "Sacrifices should be avoided". No matter what option you choose, the end results for this quest will be the same, and Demeter can be found again later in the game to continue her quest line.
Upon completing this quest, players will be given the Megami Talisman. This Talisman gives Megami demons access to the Magatsuhi skill Eternal Prayer, which restores HP, cures status ailments, and revives all allies even in your stock. This is one of the best healing Magatsuhi skills in the game and is a great last-resort option against difficult bosses.
