The Night Set belongs to both Jolan and Anna in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. The armor is worn by both characters, but one wields a katana named Sword of Night while the other uses a claw named Claws of Night.

It’s possible to get all the equipment related to the Night Set in Elden Ring. Sadly, not all of them are found in the same area. Additionally, certain items like the Katana are only obtainable by completing Jolan’s questline, so it might take a while.

Night Armor And Shield Of Night Location In Elden Ring Shadow Of The Erdtree

The Night Set and Shield of Night are located at the end of Bonny Gaol in Scadu Altus. When you enter the cave, proceed forward through the rooms until you finally reach a cracked pot elevator that goes down to a bridge.

Use it and then turn left to find a circular switch on the ground. Stand on it to summon another elevator. Jump on the new pot to reach a higher platform.

Loot the item on the torture device to get the Night Armor. Finally, go left, up the stairs, and be careful of an ambush. Once the enemy is dealt with, pick up the item to receive the Shield of Night.

Sword Of Night Location In Elden Ring Shadow Of The Erdtree

After defeating the Mother of Fingers boss in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree, Tarnished will be invaded by Jolan in the Cathedral of Manus Metyr. Upon defeating her, an enemy called Ymir will appear. Defeat him and rest at the Site of Lost Grace to find Jolan in her usual location, but slumped on the ground.

After speaking with her for a bit, if players have advanced in her quest and collected the required materials, you can either give her Iris of Grace to get Swordhand of Night Jolan Spirit Ashes or give Iris of Occultation to get the Sword of Night. If Tarnished wishes to complete the Night Set, choose the latter. As for the Iris of Occultation, the easiest one to find is in Fort of Reprimand. Jump down to the lower level and defeat an Omenkiller.

Claws Of Night Location In Elden Ring Shadow Of The Erdtree

Upon visiting two Fingers Ruins and receiving the third map from Count Ymir, reload the area by sitting on the nearby Site of Lost Grace. This will make Ymir move, leaving his chair empty.

Approach and examine it to reveal a hidden path. Go down a very long ladder and proceed forward to be invaded by Anna, Jolan's sister. Defeating this NPC Invader will reward the Claws of Night weapon.

In some cases, Ymir will move from his chair after visiting the first Finger Ruins, allowing you to get the weapon early, but it may be a glitch that will be fixed later.
