Season: A Letter to the Future is a beautiful indie game by Scavengers Studio. This PC- and PlayStation-exclusive title is filled with slow gameplay, thoughtful moments, and enjoying the scenery of new places as they pass by. It is from the perspective of a young woman named Estelle who has left her village in search of answers.
During the journey, she uses sounds, sketches, photos, and little collected mementos to fill in the pages of her journal for the future generations to see and experience just as she did the changing of the Seasons.
The Who is the God of Pages in Season: A Letter to the Future
There are three total "Who is the God of?" Pages in Estelle's notebook that are all part of the story of Season: A Letter to the Future, one for each of the gods worshiped in the Tieng Valley. There is Void, Tide, and Din. Each of these gods have altars in the Shrine area of Tieng, and players will need to interact with each of the three headstones carved with giant circles in order to start each of the pages in her book.
Once the pages have been started, each one will end up with several blank spaces to fill in photos, things Estelle finds, and information on each of the gods. In order to fill out each page, players of the 6-12 hour-long Season: A Letter to the Future will want to know what each blank section requires.
Who is the God of Page for Tide
Tide is the easiest of the three god's pages to take care of in this relaxing game. First, players will need to interact with, then take a photo of, Tide's stone in the center of the shrine.
Next, look for the path that runs east from the Shrine location in this beautiful walking simulation game, right between the Tide and the Void statues in the center of the area. Head down the path and keep following it through the blue gate. It looks like this:
Keep following the road to the right a little and down the hill until players see a massive statue of a head. This is Tide. Take a photo of the head, then interact with the tiny red pagoda that holds the fortune papers right in front of the altar to Tide.
Choose a paper. It doesn't matter which one; just choose the one that sounds the best. Next, walk up closer to the head and there will be a pedestal. There is water inside the bowl of the pedestal, and players need to interact with it.
Choose "Tide," then Estelle will have a dream. Fill in the Tide page with both the photo of the Shrine's stone, the drawing of Tide's symbol, the Dream, and the wish on the red paper into the same sized slots. The page when it is complete in this PS5 cozy game will look like this:
Who is the God of Page for Void
Players of this indie game will need to follow the same steps as Tide for this one, but they will need to look for its statue on the other side of the river. This statue is very close to where the Dig Site is.
- Take a photo of the sigil of Void at the Shrine.
- Head to the Void statue across the river, next to the Dig Site.
- Take a photo of the Void statue; it will be surrounded by Memory Flowers.
- Interact with the little prayer paper statue in front of the Void statue; choose one of the prayers to take after studying them all.
- Walk up to the Void statue and interact with the pedestal; choose "Void" and get the final piece for this Who is the God of Page.
Who is the God of Page for Din
Din is the god of remembering, and players will find its statue near the Shrine in this cozy PC game. At the Shrine Entrance when facing the Shrine, head to the left towards the balcony that overlooks the water. There is a set of stairs to the left. Go down the stairs and follow the path until there is a lion statue. This is Din. In order to finish this god's page, players will need:
- A photo of the sigil from the Shrine.
- A photo of the Din statue.
- A slip of paper from its prayer collection pagoda stand.
- Interact with the pedestal after reading all the slips of paper, then choose "Din."
