If you're one of those players who want to sit back, relax, and maybe try out some new Satisfactory ideas without the hassle of build costs, power management, and bodily injury, you'll be glad to know that the game has built-in cheats that basically enable Creative Mode. It's an amazing feature to have for newbies who are still learning and veterans who want to see what's new in the game's full launch version.

Enabling cheats is fairly simple, but it's also very easy to miss. It can let players toggle a variety of settings to make the game as easy as they want it to be, perfect for learning how to setup power lines with Coal Generators in Satisfactory or other more complicated procedures down the line. How To Turn On Cheats In Satisfactory

Warning when activating Advanced Game Settings in Satisfactory — Satisfactory Advanced Game Settings warning

Toggling cheats is done before starting a new save file on the main menu. To do this, click on New Game, then select the Advanced Game Settings button at the bottom of the screen. A warning will pop saying that this is a one-way action, which means cheats cannot be disabled once the save has gone live. Achievements will not be available when Advanced Game Settings are turned on, and all players on the Satisfactory server can use those advanced settings as well.

To access these settings in-game, hit the pause menu with the ESC key, then look for the Advanced Game Settings options. You can toggle any of the options there at any time with no restrictions.

The toggles and functions under the Advanced Game Settings tab basically enable Creative Mode in Satisfactory. From here, you can turn on God Mode, turn off Build Costs, disable the need for power, enable Flight Mode, and more.

How To Spawn Items

You can directly add building materials, resources, and items like Satisfactory's Jetpack to your inventory by going to the Gameplay tab in Advanced Game Settings and clicking on the Select Items To Give button. This opens up a list of all items that can be put in the player's inventory. You can manually adjust the amount of items you get by clicking on the number box, or you can get a full stack of items by ticking the box on the bottom of the menu.

Ticking all the boxes under the Progression tab will make all crafting recipes available right from the get-go. If you want additional crafting recipes for base building, make sure to tick the box for the AWESOME Shop. This will give you access to building pieces like pipe and conveyor holes for walls and floor pieces.
