Saints Row

In a period when dozens of "Grand Theft Auto clones" emerged, Volition (game developers) took a different approach to make a game that played like GTA, but that had enough unique elements that made it stand out. That game turned out to be Saints Row which instantly became a fan favorite due to its over-the-top gimmicks and popular culture tributes. Over the years, the Saints Row franchise has continued to grow, and the latest entry, Saints Row 2022, Volition have taken the craziness one step further.

In Saints Row, players can lead the Saints into prosperity by establishing "legitimate" businesses while completing missions that will push the gang's reputation to the top. Aside from over-the-top gameplay, players can also complete several unique achievements that'll net them a prestigious trophy. And one achievement that some players may struggle to complete is the "Fiesta Time" since it requires specific items.

Obtain Piñata Launcher

The first step in obtaining the "Fiesta Time" achievement is getting the Piñata Launcher. Players can get this unique Rocket Launcher by completing all eleven "Let's Pretend" business venture missions that cost $1.6 million to start. These missions can be quite challenging since they're Tier 4, so players can always opt for co-op if they need an extra gun for hire. But, for the most part, players will need to clear areas of rival gangs, which shouldn't pose too much of an issue with weapons like the Focus Rifle.

Once completed, players will receive:

Obtain Piñata Stick Visual Mod

Players should head over to Marina West since they'll need to complete a @TCHA side hustle (one of the many hidden ones) that involves leaving a 1-Star review for the La Bodega restaurant. Shortly after leaving the 1-Star review, the Los Panteros gang will come looking for a fight, so players should be ready. Players should keep in mind that this mission is repeatable, so even if they didn't leave a 1-Star review the first time, they can still change it by interacting with the @TCHA sign located outside the venue.

Once the player defeats the rival gang, they'll receive:

Piñata Stick Visual Mod

Equip Piñata Launcher & Piñata Stick

Players should head back to the nearest HQ and equip the Piñata Launcher to their weapon loadout. Then players should navigate to the Crowbar, select customize, and change the visual mod to Piñata Stick. Once completed, players must go outside and shoot the Piñata Launcher (preferably in an area without too many people to avoid interference). Players will then need to hit the Piñata on the floor before it explodes with the Piñata Stick, which will pop the "Fiesta Time" achievement.
