RuneScape: Dragonwilds is an open-world multiplayer survival game in which players need to hone their crafting, fighting, and collecting skills. The game has a lot of mysteries to uncover, Vaults to explore, enemies to fight, and items to unlock. The Adhesive in RuneScape: Dragonwilds is one of the many items players will need during their exploration and survival journey.
Crafting the Adhesive will help players transform Leather into Hard Leather to make better armor, items, and even weapons. To craft the Hard Leather, players need one Adhesive and two Leathers in RuneScape: Dragonwilds.

How To Craft Adhesive In RuneScape: Dragonwilds
To craft Adhesive in RuneScape: Dragonwilds, players need to collect Swamp Tar from Whispering Swamp. However, transforming the Swamp Tar into Adhesive requires using the Kiln.
Players can reach the Whispering Swamp during the Dragon Slayer Primary Quest in RuneScape: Dragonwilds, when the Old Wise Man sends players to investigate the blue-flame door. Upon reaching the Swamp, Swamp Tars will be scattered around the ground all around it, or players can obtain them when defeating enemies in Whispering Swamp at night.
How To Craft A Kiln In RuneScape: Dragonwilds
To craft a Kiln, players must have:
- Ash Logs x8: Ash Logs can be collected either by cutting down any Ash trees with a Stone Logging Axe or by picking them up from the ground.
- Stones x20: Stones can be collected from the ground or Stone Nodes.
- Clay x6: To obtain Clay, venture into the Whispering Swamps and use your Stone Pickaxe or the Roscksplosion Spell in RuneScape: Dragonwilds on Clay Nodes. The Spell will be automatically unlocked after reaching Mining Skill level 11.
- Fire Runes x10: Fire Runes are made by transforming Rune Essence at the Rune Altar
After collecting Clay, go back to your base and make sure to have all the required items to craft the Kiln. Use the Build menu and go to the Crafting section to locate the Kiln under the Processing tag. Select the item and find a suitable place around your base, but note that it can only be built in an open space. The rest of the requested materials can be obtained by doing the following:
Next, place the Swamp Tar inside the Kiln and watch it transform into Adhesive. However, to craft the Hard Leather, players must unlock the Tanner’s Kit after collecting some Bronze Bars from Fractured Plains in RuneScape: Dragonwilds.
