After progressing in the Dragon Slayer main quest of RuneScape: Dragonwilds, players will reach the Fractured Plains region. During that quest, you have to find Cathan's ghost, who's standing next to Velgar's tower. He’ll tell you how to beat Velgar and give you the recipe to craft the Challenge Horn.
To craft the Challenge Horn, you need five Bronze Bars, one Dragon Tooth, and one Bloodwood Sap in RuneScape: Dragonwilds. Each crafting material needs time and effort to get. However, Dragon Tooth in RuneScape: Dragonwilds is hidden in a level four region, protected by strong enemies, lightning strikes, and potentially, Dragon attacks. Once you craft the Challenge Horn, you must summon Velgar by entering the tower in Fractured Plains. Once the dragon is defeated, the Dragon Slayer quest will be complete. Sadly, slaying Velgar doesn't remove the random dragon attacks, so don't relax too much.

Dragon Tooth Location In RuneScape: Dragonwilds
You can find a Dragon Tooth on the western side of the Stormtouched Highlands region in RuneScape: Dragonwilds. You can enter the region from the western path inside Fractured Plains. Keep going northwest, and eventually, you’ll end up next to a dragon skull that you can mine a Dragon Tooth from.
The area is filled with dangerous monsters that shoot lightning, and strong Garou that will complicate your journey. They’re all level four enemies, so going there underleveled might create problems. It’s better to build level four Gears and weapons to be able to fight your way through these enemies.
You know you’re on the right path when you come across two pillars protected by some monsters. Go through the two pillars, and you’ll find a mountain on your left. The heavy rain might affect your vision, but you can still clearly see a path to the left to climb the mountain.
Although you’re going northwest, the mountain will block your path for a while, and eventually, you’ll have to go southwest to start climbing the mountain. The journey from here isn’t long, as you’ll find the Dragon Skull immediately after you start going southwest and climbing the mountain.
Before mining the Dragon Tooth in RuneScape: Dragonwilds, you have to craft an Iron Pickaxe. To craft the Iron Pickaxe, you have to get Iron ore first. Luckily, you can mine Iron ore from the same region of Stormtouched Highlands.
After getting Iron ore, you have to put it inside a Furnace and smelt it into an Iron Bar. Get six Iron Bars, two Hard Leather, and four Blightwood to craft an Iron Pickaxe. After that, you can get a Dragon Tooth in RuneScape: Dragonwilds.
