Rocket League and Fortnite are no strangers to collaborating, with content between the two Epic Games-owned properties constantly being shared. With cosmetics transferring between one game to the next, players will often find that they can get skins and cosmetics for free in one game simply by owning them in another.
With the arrival of the Champions Road Tournament for Rocket League, players can get their hands on a series of wheels completely free, with Rocket League unveiling a set of free wheels up for grabs. One of these rewards also transfers over to Fortnite, making it an excellent opportunity for players to deck out their ride. Here is how to get the Picture This Wheels and more in Rocket League and Fortnite.

How to Get Free Wheels in Rocket League & Fortnite
To celebrate the Champions Road Tournament for Rocket League, players can get their hands on a bunch of cosmetics for free starting August 21. However, there is a catch, as each reward is a Twitch Drop awarded by tuning into Rocket League streams on Twitch. The first set of rewards can be unlocked by watching any livestream within the Rocket League category on Twitch for a set amount of time, from August 21 (9 AM PT) to September 10 (6 AM PT).
These rewards are as follows:
- Rival Wheels: 30 minutes
- Aero Mage Wheels: 1 hour
- Patriarch Pro Wheels: 2 hours
- Big Splash Goal Explosion: 3 hours
- Picture This Wheels: 4 hours
Additionally, if users claim all previous rewards, they can then unlock a random paint style for each wheel (minus the Patriarch Pro Wheels) by continuing to watch Rocket League Twitch streams every 30 minutes until they have watched for a total of 10 hours. Players can claim their earned Twitch Drops via their Drops Inventory page on Twitch.
Upon claiming each reward, it will be unlocked immediately in Rocket League if both their Twitch and Epic Games accounts are linked. Also, if players use the same Epic Account for Fortnite, the Picture This Wheels will also be available in Fortnite for free.
The final reward that players can claim is the Apex Wheels, which can only be earned by tuning into the Rocket League World Championship’s First Touch Live for 1 hour of watch time. This will go live on Rocket League's official Twitch channel on September 9 between 11 AM PT and 12:30 PM PT. While the Apex Wheels will be unlockable in Rocket League, there is no official confirmation on whether they will transfer over to Fortnite.
On top of the above Twitch Drops, players can also earn the Rave Roller Wheels and a gold variant from August 21 at 9 AM PT until September 3 at 11 PM PT. They can be unlocked by bumping into other players with the item equipped in online matches.
