Each unit in Steal a Brainrot generates money for you while it is in the base. The income depends on the unique base rate of money generation per second. Luckily, the game offers many options that boost the base rate, such as mutations. Mutations in Steal a Brainrot slightly change the appearance of your brainrots and also significantly boosts their income. Below, you will find a list of all Steal a Brainrot mutations:

  • Gold - Mutation increases the income of the brainrot by x1.25
  • Diamond - Mutation increases the income of the brainrot by x1.50
  • Lava - Mutation increases the income of the brainrot by x6
  • Rainbow - Mutation increases the income of the brainrot by x10

While these mutations can be obtained by any player in this Roblox game, there are a few that are no longer available. Some mutations from previous versions of the game no longer spawn in Steal a Brainrot in normal ways. The only way to encounter them is to play on a server with admins who can spawn units with any mutations, including unavailable ones:

Unfortunately, players have only one way to get brainrots with mutations in Steal a Brainrot, namely buying them or stealing from other players.

Note that mutations appear quite rarely, especially Lava and Rainbow, so everything depends directly on your luck.

To slightly increase your luck, you should use all possible Luck boosters, such as playing with friends. In addition, you will want to buy a Server Lucky Boost gamepass. In exchange for Robux, you can double the server's Luck.

After that, you will only have to wait for some Secret or Mythic brainrot with a rare mutation to spawn on the map. Thus, the high money rate will become several times higher, and you will be able to earn much more in Steal A Brainrot.
