When the Boss Update first arrived, players had to do the rebirth to unlock new bosses. Each boss would appear on the treadmill after every 500 random enemy defeats, but upper-ranked ones couldn’t be encountered unless you’d already completed the rebirths tied to them.

Now, after the latest updates, the system works differently. You only need to reach Rebirth Level 1 to unlock bosses in Plants vs Brainrots, and all obtainable ones can start showing up on the track following the same 500 Brainrot kills rule.

However, bosses are now divided into tiers based on your rebirth level. So if you’re at Rebirth 1, only Tier 1 bosses will spawn, offering lower base income and HP compared to those unlocked at advanced rebirth levels.

To speed things up, players can use a Riot Potion, which doubles Brainrot spawns for 10 minutes. A Premium Speed Potion can also boost both plant and Brainrot speed by 50%, while a Limited Collection Card helps trigger bosses faster.

To beat bosses fast in Plants vs Brainrots, you’ll need strong plants that do great damage. Pine a Painter, Commando Apple, King Limone, and Mango are some of the best ones to use. If you don’t have them yet (or have them but want better DPS), focus on leveling them up to the max.

Use cards like Bloom Ascendant, Doom Bloom, Petal Storm, and Frozen Blast to improve your plants’ attacking ability.
