With pets having been added to Roblox's Grow a Garden, your farmland has gotten a whole new glow-up. Yet, there is a variety of plants you can place there to make it even more beautiful. With every update, the roster keeps growing, and players now have tons of crop options to choose from. All of them, however, aren't profitable, since some are just temporary plants that vanish after picking, and others regrow but are quite cheap. Thankfully, there are viable options as well, so here's a full tier list explaining all the available crops and which ones are worth investing your Sheckles in.
Grow a Garden: Best Pets Tier List
Grow a Garden has added many adorable pets that give your crops some great perks; here's the list of the most to least valuable ones.
Updated by Somiya Adrees on December 21, 2025: Grow a Garden now has 189 crops after the 1.37.0 update, including fruits, veggies, flowers, candy, and bone plants. As such, the tier list featured below has been updated to rank all the new ones and the old favorites (except the Gardener Seed Pack ones), allowing players to uncover which ones truly are the best of the best.
Grow a Garden's Best Crops Tier List
The rankings mostly depend on how much money a plant makes from its base price and whether it has a useful passive ability. The list also covers every crop added so far, even the ones that can’t be obtained anymore. Since many players still have them growing, this list can help decide whether they're worth keeping or tossing.
If you're unsure how to use the tier list, here's a quick breakdown:
- SS-tier crops are the top picks.
- S-tier ones are among the most profitable.
- A-tier crops are still solid, but don’t earn as much compared to higher ranks.
- B-tier offers a decent Sheckle average.
- C-tier doesn’t pay much, but it’s a reasonable option for beginners without better crops.
- D-tier crops aren’t worth planting at all unless you like how they look or need them for an event.
The “Estimated Profit Per Harvest” column shows the ideal amount of money you can get from each harvest. For crops that aren’t multi-harvest, their full profit is listed directly.

For example, Moon Mango has a lower base profit than Maple Apple but often grows big fruits, meaning it can end up earning more than its listed value.

Grow a Garden: All Pets & What They Do
Pets have been part of Grow a Garden since the 1.04.0 update, helping players in numerous ways; here’s a list of all the critters and what they do.
Best Seeds in Grow a Garden
Here’s a quick look at the must-have plants in Grow a Garden:
- Zebrazinkle is currently the most OP seed in Grow a Garden because it offers the highest per-unit base value and guarantees the greatest profit, making it the go-to plant in the current meta.
- Next up is Crimson Thorn, which generates plenty of premium units; perfect for direct selling and even more profitable when mutated.
- Candy Blossom and Maple Resin are also among the top seeds. The former plant has been popular since the early updates, while the latter gained attention after the Fall update. A single harvest from either sells for a huge amount.
- Bone Blossom can grow 5 fruits, while the Moon Mango tree can produce up to 20 at once. If not, replanting with the Reclaimer is always a sweet option.
- Among Tier 1 seeds in the Seed Shop, Sugar Apple comes right after Crimson Thorn. It’s a strong non-event plant, but Cocomango from Tier 2 outshines it in both price and profit, you just have to grind a bit to unlock it.
- Finally, in the Christmas Event update, you won’t want to miss grabbing the Gingerbread Blossom, Spirit Sparkle, Gift Berry, and Reindeer Root. Pollen Cone is also great for earning money.
