Dead Spells offers RPG players a Dead Rails-style experience, but instead of exploring the Wild West, you need to survive in a fantasy world. To do this, you can use one of the many starting classes.
Starting classes play an important role in Dead Spells, as they determine your abilities, stats, and the items you start with. However, due to the difficulty in obtaining them, it's quite hard for players to unlock and try them all. In this tier list, we have ranked all Dead Spells classes from the most to the least useful.
Roblox: Dead Spells Codes (June 2025)
Here, Roblox players will find all the codes for Dead Spells and instructions on how to redeem them. Hurry up to get nice rewards.
How to Get New Classes in Dead Spells
When you first start playing Dead Spells, you will only have access to one class: the Adventurer. This class has no buffs or debuffs and starts the game with a Pitch Fork in its inventory. While you can still make good progress in a run with this class, you should consider switching as soon as possible.
This can be done in the lobby via two different methods. Both methods require players to spend a local currency called Burgers. For 10 Burgers, you can roll a new Class or, for higher prices, permanently buy a class. The latter can cost you up to 7,500 Burgers.
Players are limited to only 10 Rolls.
Below you will find a tier list outlining the best classes in Dead Spells. In it, we have ranked all the classes from the very best to those that you should skip. While referring to this list, you should also take into account your preferred playstyle, as almost every class can effectively progress in runs.

Forsaken: Best Survivors & Killers Tier List
There are quite a few Survivors and Killers in Roblox's Forsaken, but some sit above the rest. Here’s a tier list that ranks all of them.
Best Classes in Dead Spells
If you want to use the strongest classes to advance as far as possible in the mysterious lands of Dead Spells, then you should pay attention to these options:
- Necromancer - This class makes all Undead enemies peaceful towards you. In addition, you can summon personal undead for battles.
- King - This is one of the best classes for melee in this Roblox game, especially considering that you can summon a Spirit. It's also great for solo runs.
- Defected Shogun - Shogun has huge damage and health buffs, making it the best Tank class in the game.
