The Sterilization Chamber Safe Code is 10 (right), 90 (left), 20 (right). This safe can be found on the northeast wall of a cabinet inside the Sterilization Chamber. To reach this room, simply progress through the Lab Entrance and head east, but mind the broken glass so you don't alert any Lickers:
For Insanity Mode, the Sterilization Chamber Safe Code is: 80 (Left), 50 (Right), 0 (Left)
