When you first enter the police station in Resident Evil 2; you'll be tasked with finding the three medallions to open to secret exit from the police station and get to the parking garage. While the medallion is easy to find, the other two will require a lot of puzzle-solving and exploration.
The Maiden Statue is arguably the hardest to find and unlock, as it's not only hidden away but the dial to unlock it is rusted over almost completely. Here's how to reach the Maiden Statue and also how to enter the code for it.

How To Reach The Maiden Statue In Resident Evil 2 Remake
The Maiden Statue is found on the western side of the police station on the third floor in the West Storage Room. While you can reach this area fairly early on, the statue will be behind a wall that needs to be blown up with C4. You'll first need to find the Battery and the Electronic Gadget.
- Battery: Second Floor of the police station, west side in the S.T.A.R.S Office (also the location of another weapon for both characters), in the small office off to the left right as you enter sitting on the desk.
- Electronic Gadget: Progress until Marvin calls you back to see your companion on the screen, after finding them outside and being surrounded by zombies you'll get the Bolt Cutters. Take these to the Operations Room on the western side of the first floor to cut the chain on the back room, finding the gadget on the table right as you go through the door.
Combine to Battery and Gadget to make the detonator and place them on the wall in the West Storage Room. You'll have ten seconds to back away before it explodes, and doing so will spawn a zombie to enter the room behind you.

Once you're through the wall, you can check the officer's notebook to see that the code is Woman, Bow & Arrow, Snake, in that order. Due to the rust, you'll only see the bottom of the woman's head, the arrow from the bow, and just the head of the snake. The rust will make it almost impossible to see clearly, so turn the brightness up on your screen or game to better see the slight emblems you're looking for. The picture above also lists the correct code if it's easier to line up the rust to what you see on your screen.
Getting the medallion will also spawn a Licker in the main part of the room behind you.
