At first, players may think that any entity in REPO can easily kill them, just like in Lethal Company. However, most monsters cannot one-shot you, which makes survival much easier. At the same time, excessive curiosity can be your undoing, as some creatures will only attack you if you tease them. So, for your convenience, this guide contains a list of all REPO monsters and explained how to deal with each one.

All REPO Monsters & How To Deal With Them

REPO Monster
Monster How to Deal
Reaper To deal with the Reaper, you just need to hide while he patrols past. If you are noticed, you just need to run into the next room to be forgotten. Beware of its deadly attacks.
Shadow Child This is one of the most harmless monsters once you learn how to counter it. And for this, simply don't look at the Shadow Child in REPO. In this case, you will not receive damage and can safely explore the locations further.
Duck (Apex Predator) Most of the time, this monster just peacefully wanders behind you. But if you try to pick it up or attack it, the Duck will turn into an Apex Predator, which will easily kill you even if you have full Health, so just leave it alone, no matter how cute it seems.
Trudge Trudge can instantly kill you with one swing attack. But luckily, he is extremely slow, so you only need to avoid him to survive.
Animal This little creature has high speed but deals no more than four damage with its slow attacks. You can either kill it with any weapon or just ignore it since it’s almost harmless.
Clown Clown is extremely deadly, as its laser kills instantly, while its kicks deal 50 damage. The best strategy to deal with it is to hide behind indestructible cover and avoid it at all costs.
Headman Headman hates flashlights, so you just have turn your flashlight off to avoid being attacked. If you provoke him, you just have to run around the corner and hide somewhere.
Banger This monster spawns in groups of three and is essentially a living bomb. If you attack them, or they notice you, their fuses ignite, and after about 10 seconds, they explode. To avoid this, you can pick them up and throw them away.
Robe This entity is extremely deadly, so you should hide from it until it despawns. In case you are spotted, you should run as far as possible and then crawl, as this way you will only receive 50 damage.
Bowtie Despite its size, Bowtie is a fairly weak enemy. Its scream can block your Zips and Sprint, but it's quite easy to avoid, so don't catch his eye.
Hidden Hidden is one of the most annoying monsters, as he does not deal damage. Instead, he hooks you and throws you from side to side, causing you to lose your items. In addition, it is extremely difficult to notice him, as he looks like a translucent black haze. To avoid him, you need to carefully monitor your surroundings.
Gnomes Gnomes are another enemy that spawns in groups. They do little damage and also steal valuables. To get rid of them, just throw them at the wall.
Upscream You had better not play jokes with this monster because, despite its weakness, a group of them can easily kill you. Therefore, use any weapon to destroy them.
Chef This monster moves slowly but can catch you in one leap. Try dodging its attack, after which it ragdolls for a few seconds. This small window allows you to escape or attack the Chef in REPO.
Spewer Spewer will make your character puke, damaging everyone around them. However, you can get rid of the monster quite easily by simply picking it up and shaking it, causing it to fly away from you.
Peeper Since the Peeper lives on the ceiling, it is quite easy to spot him. Run away from the room or hide under tables or chairs to avoid taking damage.
Rugrat Although the monster looks like a small child, it is dangerous. It will pick up valuable items and throw them at you, causing great damage. If it does not pick up anything, it will run away when it meets the player. Therefore, you should avoid Rugrat only if it is carrying items.
Mentalist The monster can teleport anywhere on the map, and when it finds a player, it will create an anti-gravity field that will lift you and surrounding objects into the air. In this case, you will need the help of a friend to pull you beyond the anti-gravity zone. The rest of the time, you should hide from the Mentalist and wait for it to leave.
Huntsman Huntsman is one of the enemies that is blind but has excellent hearing. So any noise you make will provoke the monster to shoot at you. Try moving as quietly as possible or distracting the monster by throwing items to survive it.
Loom The Loom is a slow-moving but deadly enemy with 500 HP and a lethal clap attack that creates a shockwave, dealing 100 damage to all nearby players. Its biggest weakness is its speed. If you keep your distance and run away when it starts closing in, you can outrun him. The Loom can crouch under doors, so hiding won’t always save you.
Gambit The Gambit simply grabs you and forces you to spin a wheel of chance. Depending on where it lands, you could gain health, lose health, or earn some cash. It’s more playful than threatening. If you want to avoid gambling, simply hide when it appears. Otherwise, take your chances and see what fate decides.
Bella Bella is a little girl who rides a tricycle and hates being disturbed. She’ll ring her bell if you block her path, and after the third ring, she goes berserk. Don’t touch her and don’t stand in her way. If you let her pass peacefully and keep your distance, she’s completely harmless.
Oogly The Oogly uses a spotlight to hunt. If you step into its light, it swoops down and attacks repeatedly, dealing some damage before vanishing. Stay out of the light, hide under objects, and wait for it to disappear. Avoid open areas where the spotlight can easily catch you.
Heart Hugger This Venus flytrap-like creature sprays pink mist that pulls you in. If you get caught, it drags you toward a heart-shaped lure that turns into its jaws. Avoid the mist at all costs or try to shoot it before it pulls you in. Your teammates can interrupt the grab by pulling you out of its grip.
Cleanup Crew The Cleanup Crew is a dangerous enemy that attacks by throwing its head at you. The head bounces, then explodes, leaving behind a radiation cloud. Avoid direct line of sight and don’t try to grab the head. You can also hide or use walls to block its view.
Birthday Boy The Birthday Boy is normally harmless. It places colorful balloons all across the map. However, if one of its balloons pops, the Birthday Boy becomes lethal. When enraged, it slaps rapidly for 10 damage per hit. Avoid popping balloons by crouching or keeping distance.
Tick The Tick is a tiny bug-like creature with low HP that becomes deadly if grabbed. Touching it triggers a drain, dealing 10 HP per second until it reaches 100 HP. Leave it alone and it won’t bother you. If it latches on, tumble into it and try to kill it quickly. Once dead, it releases a healing mist that restores your health.
Elsa Elsa is a little puppy that loves attention. Make sure to pet her gently and protect her from harm. If she’s hurt by players or enemies, she’ll transform into a beast. To prevent this, keep petting her and don’t let other monsters attack her.
Headgrab The Headgrab attacks if it sees you, dealing 5 damage per slap or 15 if it dropkicks. If it finds a dead player’s head, it wears it and becomes faster. What you can do is avoid its line of sight or eliminate it as quickly as you can. If it steals a head, try to grab it back.
