Ever since Red Dead Redemption 2's release back in 2018, players have been getting themselves in all kinds of strange situations in-game. The wacky sandbox is a trademark of all Rockstar titles nowadays, with the studios'games creating the feeling that anything can happen at any time. While some of these odd moments are natural occurrences that are bound to happen at some point, others are simply glitches affecting the game in a hilarious way. Just recently, one Red Dead Redemption 2 glitch gave Arthur Morgan the power of Thor, which goes to show the variety that can be found in some of these bizarre scenarios.
Arthur Morgan's Red Dead Redemption 2 Wagon Struggle is Hilarious
This particular clip comes courtesy of Redditor KalebMM7845, who is taking part in one of the bounty missions in Red Dead Redemption 2. With Lindsey Wofford's corpse on their horseback, all that's left to do is turn in the mission. However, the player crashes into an oncoming wagon, sending Arthur flying into the passenger seat. The driver keeps on rolling by with Arthur lying next to him. For some reason, the game's physics won't allow him to stand up, leaving Arthur struggling for a solid 60 seconds before the mission finally fails.
Other players in the thread were particularly amused by Arthur's random groans of pain throughout the entire endeavor. The protagonist of Red Dead Redemption 2 is one of the toughest men in the West, so there's certainly something strange about hearing him grunt in pain while simply lying down. His health even slowly begins to drain as the clip goes on, although the mission is abandoned long before the damage accumulates and actually kills him - even if that would be the only way to make this clip even funnier.
Every fan of the series has their own opinions about what Red Dead Redemption 3 should or shouldn't be, whenever it releases. Hopefully, no matter what, Rockstar's famous goofy physics engine returns. At times, it can be over the top, and it can even result in mission failures at the worst of times, as seen in the clip. But ultimately, these moments help make the games so memorable, so it'd be a shame to lose them due to a more realistic approach to in-game physics.
