Keeping the infected survivors at bay isn't the only role players will fulfill in Quarantine Zone: The Last Check. Towards the end of the game, players will encounter a peculiar man named Stuart, who'll introduce himself as a Neurobiologist. He'll explain the reason why he's carrying a zombie part in his bag, and ask you to find him four more parts to complete his experiment. This is a missable quest, and players will need to tread with caution if they want to complete the Modern Prometheus quest in Quarantine Zone: The Last Check.

Players will need to complete the Ask Your Mom quest in Quarantine Zone: The Last Check, which requires them to find graffiti poems around camp.
How to Start the Modern Prometheus Quest in Quarantine Zone: The Last Check
The Modern Prometheus quest will be available on Day 20 in Quarantine Zone: The Last Check. To begin this quest, players will need to carefully check all the survivors at the checkpoint and look for a person carrying a backpack that'll contain a golden soda bottle collectible and a zombie head (which is grounds for immediate liquidation).
While the NPC will have a random name (alias), their actual name is Stuart, according to the Modern Prometheus quest objective.
Once you interact with the backpack, the NPC will start telling his reasoning behind why he's carrying a zombie part in his backpack. This will start the Modern Prometheus quest in Quarantine Zone: The Last Check. The quest will require you to find four zombie parts for Stuart, one of which can be collected from his own backpack.
Once you're done, make sure to send Stuart to the Survivor Block to progress the quest.
Doing any of the following actions will lock you out of completing this quest.
- Failing to check/interact with the backpack contents of the quest NPC (Stuart).
- Sending the quest NPC to liquidation according to the checkpoint rules.
- Allowing Stuart to evacuate with other survivors (players will be warned via in-game notification).
- Failing to collect all Zombie Parts before the Evacuation on Day 25.
- Mistakenly sending an infected survivor to the Survivor Block, which can potentially kill Stuart, leading to quest failure.
In case you've missed the encounter with Stuart and failed to start the Modern Prometheus quest, you can restart the day as long as you're still on Day 20.
How to Find Zombie Parts for Stuart in Modern Prometheus Quest
Once you send Stuart to the Survivor Block, your job will be to check the backpacks of all the survivors coming through the Checkpoint. While it's against the rules, you'll need to seize four zombie parts from them and bear a $100 penalty per part.
It'll probably take you till day 24 to collect all the zombie parts for Stuarts. However, on Day 21, you'll need to evacuate all the survivors out of the base and into either the Science Truck or the Military Truck. While evacuating survivors, make sure to keep Stuart at the base. You'll be prompted under the NPC's name that he's needed for a quest if you don't remember their name on the documents.
Completing Modern Prometheus Quest in Quarantine Zone: The Last Check
Once you've found all four zombie parts, head to the Survivor's Block and hand over the parts to Stuart. He'll thank you for getting him these, and you'll need to wait a day to hear back from him.
Once you progress to the next day, you'll hear sirens around the base as there's been a zombie outbreak in the Survivor Block. Equip your handgun and eliminate all the zombies in the block. So, Stuart's experiment went wrong, and he instead turned himself and some other survivors into zombies.
So, after clearing out the zombies, head to the quest marker to retrieve $500 and a black case containing the severed head of Stuart (collectible) as a reward for completing the Modern Prometheus quest in Quarantine Zone: The Last Check.
